Here’s a detailed review, guys: 1. The staff in Sikar is very unresponsive and arrogant. 2. These people accept your order and then tell you to pick it up from midway. Also, when you charge such high delivery fees, why do you have to do this? 3. They do not make efforts to check the delivery address of the customer but call the customer at least three times to confirm the address before even starting to prepare the order. 4. They deliver the parcel according to their convenience. If one staff member is willing to deliver to your door, the next day another staff member for the same address might say that pizza cannot be delivered and you have to come halfway to collect it. 5. They are so eager to cancel your order; it seems like they are just waiting to find an excuse to cancel. When someone places an order, it’s confirmed; that’s why they order. However, these people keep calling and bothering you unnecessarily to ask if the order is confirmed or not. If you miss their call for a few seconds, they will cancel your order without notifying you and won’t even try to reach you again. 6. They lack basic etiquette when talking to females or anyone in general. 7. Free parking is not available, and the parking staff are really rude. Domino’s India, please take serious action against this franchise. Consider changing all the workers or at least warn them.

I ate pizza , parcel and garlic bread and I don't want to say anything wrong but It was worst experience ever in Domino's I think Domino's lost its recipe

Totally disappointed with this franchise partner of Domino's. As when we talk about food ... No Tomato ketchup available, Staff pretending to serve oregano and chilli flakes and even tissue papers. After saying 5-10 times they give us these things. Further too hot outside and the air-conditioner is switched off. Staff behaviour is not so polite and shows like they are doing us a favour by serving pizza.

Worst experience i ever had at domino’s sikar. Unprofessional and rude behaviour of staff. They don’t have manners to talk with customers. I have ordered pizza online at 8:20 PM and waited for almost two hours, but order has not been delivered. Post that i visited the outlet to know what’s the issue, but the way their staff talked it was very rude and ill mannered. The contact number which has been provided by outlet, is not in use. I wish i could have been ordered via pizza hut, rather than this so called domino’s sikar outlet. Never seen such rude and unprofessional staff behaviour ever in my life. I wish I could have checked Google reviews before ordering from this outlet

My recent visit to Domino's Pizza was marred by poor-quality pizza. When we raised this issue with the staff, their unprofessional behavior, including a readiness for *confrontation*, left us extremely dissatisfied. Domino's should address both food quality and staff professionalism for a better customer experience.Someday either staff or Domino's shall have to pay the price, may be soon if he continues.

As usual this Domino'z pizza outlet is best in taste and services. The place is small, the town is small but the liking of pizza is ever great. Parking available, since it is located inside a cinema hall premises.

If you want to spoil your mood. Kindly go there. They do not put needed ingredients and are defaming dominos to be honest. Go to pizza hut instead

Wrost pizza outlet i ever visit. Thier system was not working so couldn't place order .then i tried online this time product not available for this outlet msg was showing. At the last i placed order for a pizza that don't want to eat and this time application showing my email id is wrong. Wow what a joke. Staff was not listening customer problems.Not recommended plz avoid.

The worst experience i had was in this dominos store. The behavior of counter lady was really rude and arrogant. She started shouting for no reason and told me that customers like you come everyday. Please respect your customers. This is not acceptable at all. I will never recommend this to anyone. Thanks dominos for this worst experience. I will visit pizza Hut next time.

Yesterday we visit dominos, and after some time some staff told us to sit somewhere else, so we said ok and sit somewhere else then just after 10 mins again counter lady comes name sujata or ujala(not remember exactly) told us to change sit somewhere else again, and we are with our family so we said no, because we said we will finish our order in just 10 mins, so after that you guys clean this floor, but that counter lady start shouting at us and told us that customers like us comes everyday and play women card on us, worst lady I haver ever seen, management staff should take action against her otherwise this store will be closed, no-one wants drama when they visit dominos and spoil good mood

I had the worst experience today at domino’s, One counter lady name sujata or ujala talks so rudely without any reason, she dont have any manners and play women card with every male customer, don’t visit sikar domino’s otherwise she will also talks rudely with you guys and in worst case file case against you for no reason, worst lady I have ever seen, an example of bad upbringing for sure.

They don't know how to treat there customers and can't even cooperate to seat 3 persons from same family. Instead of allowing 3 persons seat together they offered me to seat in front of a stranger which is completely violation of pandemic rules because you are seating in front of a stranger without any face shield or mask.

.The atmosphere is nice and the staff is very humble. Service is also pretty good. We can eat at a price around 200-250 INR easily. Domino's Pizza tastes very good as compared to other restaurants.

Worst experience ever form a domino’s outlet accepted the online order and called me after 1hour to say that your order is now out for delivery i tried contacting the store there was no contact and after fews again i tried ordering the guy called me and said we wont be able to deliver the order on time as there pending orders and the managere there also said the samething saying there is only one store in this city then whats the point of that 30mins free delivery policy when you cant deliver the order within one whole hour.

Domino's pizza is very good place for having pizza. Pizza of dominos are best. Our two pizzas were perfectly baked and just...pretty, as if the pizza chef made it for his/her own family. The food is fresh and on point really good.Service is excellent where taste is super excellent, I'm amaze that having a pizza nearby my location.Also staff is wearing a mask.Dominos is one of the most popular pizza serving and delivering website or app not only all over in India but in foreign countries too.There is a huge demand and selling of the pizza in the dominos which keep it up growing and getting their services better every year

All branches of domino's gives complimentary catch up but the sikar domino's branch charged for catchup, also the staff is very rude.

Worst experience you can have with paid service. Got fresh pan despite being charged for cheese burst, waited for २ hours almost, eventually got our pizza baked by a novice, which we couldn't eat at all. Same day my friend complained and sought refund of full amount and got paid only 300(1/3 of total). Later,after complaint I was told we will provide you a free pizza worth 69.😂😂

Domino's need to pay attention on this outlet and pull it up to the basic standards of Domino's india ... Hygiene and cleanliness of the place and of the staff should be of focus ....staff needs to be trained on self hygiene and customer service... This outlet does not have an online payment mode ... You have to send it to the staff on their personal UPI to get the orders ... In short the management is not so good at this outlet.

In Sikar(Raj.), at Domino's Pizza, the behaviour of staff is not good. You have to wait for more than usual time for your order instead of not having so much rush. Free drinking water availability must be there as per Indian Sarais act., but it's also not available there. All in all, experience is not good.

The store was located on good place , but the behaviour of staff was not accepted they were not good to customers. , I ordered one pizza , taco and veg parcel , the chilli flakes organo not provide well , it was like filtered , pizza was not having normal cheese it was less , i have tried other stores also but this store having some problems , pizza somewhere some part smelling like older ingredients used like some bad oil like this , overall i don't recommend to visit this place with family or alone , please try to find out any other good restaurants.

see,if you know dominos before then you will not like it coz it's messy and little uncleaned type. secondly the pizzas or toppings have been outofstock almost everytime i visit there. so, overall it's a normal experience in dinein but you should try to go with delivery. do try their double cheese margrita with cheese burst base it's the best combination ever.

Rude Staff , No One is there to respong. we ask about the offer and they said look at your self or order from the app rudely so we left the store without ordering. They also don't accept upi or card only cash , even though they have qr code on counter. They have different taste then other dominos store , very very bed and totally different

Ye log bas Domino's ka naam kharab krr rhe h.....I literally have taken home delivery and dine in also 5-6 times and everytime there is a new problem or new kind of dissatisfaction....one day I got whole messed up pizza at home delivery......one day I got pizza by 1 hour late when I was dining in.....one day I got almost no chicken in my chicken pizza......staff is obviously careless and rude and the place is also vibe destroying......as I have experience with Domino's from another cities also I can definitely say this that sikar Domino's is just ruining it the quality is literally not up to the level only one time I got a good taste but rest all times I got no satisfaction.....If Domino's India can literally hear this or can reach my comment please guys take a serious action against this franchise and change all the workers or warn them

My experience at DOMINO'S was good all because i found it easily and it was also a chery on the cake as the PASSPORT OFFICE was in that same building and i came to visit the office so i visited and my work was also done and then DOMINO'S was near so visited there accordingly...

Taste was good as expected from a franchise. Wait time was longer than expected, as the app showed earlier that the food is prepared but they said more 5-10 minutes, so they are like keeping good record on the app but not on real time. Feedback : Actually you should allow the consumer enter the time from their end as well, so you could compare the difference of the two and act accordingly. Also the staff was low, so same person taking our order later came to clean it, but took some time. So yeah, service was there but with waiting time. Parking - They have a parking but Rs.30 for 4 wheeler and Rs.20 for 2 wheeler which I think should be free for Dominos Customers. Anyways, parking was available. P.S. - All the foodies looking at the photo, we have ordered a Cheese Burst Farmhouse (right), a normal Mexican Green Wave, Stuffed Garlic Bread and Garlic Bread.
