Went to eggspectation cafe and the cafe manager completely ruined our special evening. We asked for a pasta and it was brought in a red sauce, so we asked them to change it. They just added the white sauce on top of the pasta they had made in red sauce. We reluctantly started eating it but realised that we were not enjoying the food at all so we decided to get it remade again in our desired white sauce. The cafe manager brought the dish back to us claiming that it couldn’t be changed since we had started to have it. Never have I been more embarrassed being treated like a freeloader sitting in a “5 star cafe”. I immediately settled the bill and we moved to a more humble place where we had great food, great service and a great time. I’d never go to this place again and I have been here at least 100 times as I live relatively close but they have really lost the plot. Shoutout to the guy who was waiting on us, dude tried full well to make things right but things were past the point of return and the manager couldn’t even face us after that so DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE SERVICE AT ALL.

GOT SEVERE THROAT INFECTION after having Anniversary celebration dinner. On 25th Jan, I had booked a dinner date on pool side by paying Rs.4900 at the hotel. But, the food quality and service was hardly near to 4 or 5 star hotel. Food was served cold. The taste was pathetic. Even roadside Dhaba have good taste than this. On the very next day in the morning, I was unable to swallow anything properly. The reason was Stale food served by this 5 star Hotel. Its a shame that how such a hotel can serve such kind of food to its customers.
