I and my husband went today for breakfast, while the waiter said that what we ordered weren't there we asked for options which is available, and he was making weird signs using hands over us with the cashier in the first floor observing that we got enraged and went out without having. I request you all, anyone who wants to go to this hotel it's better seek for good hospitality because this hotel doesn't have a percent of it. Also, if you wish to have other food too, he'll start to brag with the cashier using hand signs about us. If you customers wants to go to this hotel go at your own risk. Be ready to fight with such misbehaving waiters...not one ...many waiters are not in good behaviour whether you go at 12pm or 9pm

Very bad staff and the hotel. I have ordered the south thali and there were 2 cockroaches in it.When complained they were trying to supress us. Worst restaurant, no cleanliness at all. Please don't eat here

I recently visited this restaurant and had a fantastic dining experience. The standout dishes for me were the bisi belebath and the coffee. The bisi belebath had a perfect blend of flavors, with each bite offering a delightful combination of spices and textures. It was a true culinary delight. And let’s not forget about the coffee! The aroma alone was enough to entice me, and the taste surpassed my expectations. It was rich, smooth, and had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness. I couldn’t resist ordering a second cup. While my overall experience was fantastic, I am deducting one star as the wait time for the food was slightly longer than expected. Nonetheless, the delicious bisi belebath and coffee made up for the wait. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant, especially if you’re a fan of these delectable dishes!

They serve good food, not amazing though. Reasonably priced. I feel south indian menu and taste is much better here :)

I loved everything their . I had meals and idli vada dip, it was soo tasty and yummy. And veg pulav and Kara Pongal also tastes yummy.

One of the best hotels in Vidyaranyapura, mysuru As the management has been changed , there is an significant changes in their food and the taste is very nice and standards are set high. We tried their Panner Pudina tikka and crispy corn pepper dry, both were out of world.also tried their Hyderabadi Biryani, which was exceeding our expectations. But they can improve on the water, I was not satisfied with their hot water, as it was not clear. By improving on water, a lot more can happen

While travelling from cbe to coorg, we searched for famous veg restaurant in Mysore. This restaurant came in map. All food items are so authentic n tasty. Price are so economical. Bisibelabath, cheese dosa, Mysore masala dosa, idli, hot badam milk.

Went on jan 1st so the restaurant was full and had to wait for few minutes before getting placed. Service was great and the food was also good. The security guard was perfect in his job. As soon as the server noticed that we talk in tuLu language, he started talking in tuLu that made us feel home.

Poor customer service. Food quality is okay. Drinks are costly. Not satisfied.

Great food, open butter masala dosa is a must try.

Took rava masala dosa. Not good at all. It was half burnt. Chutney was watery.

Food was okay, but service and ambience are worst as hell. Washrooms are extremely dirty, chairs and tables aren't good, people in waiting surround you while eating in that small hall, and the badly placed fans means that 50% of people have to sweat and eat the entire time! Service is very bad as well. They forget your order at will and then say "you have cancelled it". Service order is the worst. They serve you main course first and then serve soups, sometimes. Cream of Mushroom soup and Baby Corn Manchurian were good though. Please move the location to a better one and make an A/C section, and hire better servers. Don't go back till then. It will spoil your day entirely. Go to Maurya for now.

The place is good for a decent breakfast. Taste wise it's average. Place is decent. Cleanliness wise as well it's ok. Suggest to go somewhere else if you are visiting mysore as a traveller. However, i have never had issues with quality of food and my body has accepted it without any trouble always.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in Mysore. The service is unmatched and the staff truly care about the customer. The food is absolutely amazing and everything we tasted melted in others mouths. Finally the best place to visit with family.

Good place to dine in. First floor has service and ground floor is self service. Bit pricey but good quality. Good place to dine in with family.

The food is good but the hotel management is very rude not at all politer towards customers. They like to rise their food price often and some of the food are not at all budget friendly. The suppliers don't react properly and most of all things the hotel doesn't not maintain proper hygiene in preparing the dosa or other things they wont wear any gloves, not even the suppliers they touch the food directly and do other works with the same hands.

Worst service, shocking is they dont serve normal water you have to drink paid packaged water, after complaining to manager, service guy telling i said hot water available(he didn't say that also initially instead he told you have to drink paid water only) and gave 2 dose instead of 3 dose for set. They didn't even apologize for their mistake looks intentionally selling water. I will write a complaint to food department..

Excellent place for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They have all the regular menu found in restaurants. Service is quick. Rates are reasonable.

The taste of the food is going down day by day. Always paying by card will be an issue. The waiters force you to take vada along with idly.

Have visited this place many times over the last couple of years. But my last visit was not satisfactory. Service was very much delayed... they didn't even keep water glasses until asked for. Taste also not what it really used to be...

I ordered two sabji, and gravy were same and tastes below avg. Roti,butter were 30 ,38. Wtf😂

Food was good in the past . Now taste , quality & even quantity has taken a beating . With so many new eateries around one would expect them to serve better and not lose their old customers but alas ! Maybe the management has lost interest in running the show ?

Idly ,vada , sambar was delicious, especially the sambar was mouth watering. Set dosa was also soft and good . And coffee was amazing 😋😋👌👌👌👌

Tasty food at a very reasonable price. Seating, service and ambiance is quite good. It doesn't give a fancy Restaurant feel when it comes to ambiance but Food is definitely a restaurant style also quantity is perfect for the price.

Just another family hotel in mysore. May be the decent hotel in vidyaranyapuram locality. Food is good. Location is good.

Ordered north Indian thali for 140 or 142rs. Got two curries and 1 dal. Dal was fresh where as the other two curries weren't even hot and the jeera rice served was stone cold when asked the server he told its not fresh. Very bad behavior by the servers and hotel management. If they can't serve fresh food during covid pandemic they shouldn't operate. They also don't check temperature at entry point.

All the items were very mediocre, except for the Mangalore buns. Can give a miss, if you have other options on your way.

Dal was good, paneer pepper dry was delicious but the butter naan was average.

Ordered a masala dosa , for which they took fifteen minutes to serve. Chutney and sambar was given with masala dosa. There is no palace for customers to sit and have food. Taste was good but felt it's costly They do accept online payments as well

This place used to be good some time back. Now it's not. Hygiene is not maintained. Washrooms are not clean. Service is delayed even when you are the only customer. Hospitality is poor.

Got a chance to try having lunch here in this hotel located in Mysore. Pretty good and decent one. Items provided here were really nice. Completely enjoyed the dishes served here. Worth visiting hence recommended. Cheers!

Very soft great quality tandoori roti and excellent north indian food...very low prices.. Good soup .. paneer dishes were awesome. We eat South Indian Meals, North Indian Deluxe, ate Manchurian and another plate of two roti curry , and total bill was just ~550 rupees.. Good quality vegetarian restaurant. We, family of 4, were a bit surprised actually...

Worst experience poor service in dine in floor. Waiters and managers acts like rowdies if we ask for a jug of water out of 25 members we went they provided it was a worst service ever

I definitely suggest you to visit this place. The meals and services are really good, many other restaurants take 20-30 min to give the food but they gave us within 5 min. The price of the South Indian dishes where really reasonable. Highly recommended !

Yesterday i and my family went for dinner. We ordered roti and palak paneer but the taste was very worst and the service is also. We had to wait half an hour for ice cream and they serve bisleri water is also chargeable. The very worst hotel. I suggest the family to go any other hotel.
