Onesta in gokulam mail road is a roof top terrace above CCD has been amazingly transformerd into this cool lit spacious hangout.The unlimited option is worth if you're even moderately hungry. No one can beat onesta for the price and the taste it offers.

The manager of this onesta, Mr. Ranjit, is a highly arogant and uncivilized person. He does not have any sense of hospitality and looses temper on the customers only. I saw him shouting on the next table of guys and he's so rude. Ruined the entire evening. Worst onesta experience ever. Until Onesta has Managers like Mr. Ranjit, I doubt customers can have decent experience while eating. Also, nobody from the staff wears masks.... Neither the manager nor the cooks nor the waiters... If anyone with authority is reading this, I request you to look into this.

Whatever the food quality is like, there is utter chaos here whenever there are offers and especially Name Of the Week. The staff is very ill mannered and very poor management. The behaviour of the staff is so bad that you'd really not want to tolerate it for the offer. The terms mentioned in the website are not at all followed. The staff kept pushing the customers to go down by three floors and said that they will be informed when their waiting time gets over and later were never followed up. Even the elevator was not working. The bathroom and sink was overflowing and when informed the staff showed no regret rather ignored the issue.

Very lively and beautiful place to visit with your friends. The ambience is amazing and hygiene is well-maintained. Staff is efficient and polite. We opted for unlimited offer, which included unlimited pizzas, 1 welcome drink and 1 dessert. They offer variety of pizzas which are absolutely delicious. We also had pasta, lasagna and some cheese balls which were equally tasty. Really enjoyed the food here.

Thin crust pizzas are yummy and tasty. Have to add up the finger fish dish as starter which they had in earlier days and got removed from menu now. One of the beat ambience place for pizza and other such delicious dishes in town. Good customer service and management. Pan based thick pizzas are not suggested here as they got the best thin crust pizza in Mysore i can say. Recommended for families, friends and couples.

Had been here when my name was selected in the "Name of the week" contest. My first experience was disappointing. The service representatives are not responsive at all. And no one is bothered to take the orders from me. They are in their own world chit chatting. The dishes were good, but the fish fingers was soaked in oil. The Thin crust Pizza's were good. The only thing which arrived on time was the bill.

Pricing is reasonable and the food is almost proportional in quantity. For a quick/medium length meet with friends it's a suitable place. Not very family friendly as the crowd that comes there are usually mostly teens and young adults. The deserts are a must try. The juices are a bit bold (unless that's something you like). The ambience is pleasant. Yellow lights and a buzzling atmosphere. The roof top setting does add to a charm to those who get the corner row of seating

I did not like the pizza here. While dinning the cleaner kept sweeping, was uncomfortable. Apart from the offer the place is not worth the money. The pizza crust and the size, toppings is not worthy.

This place has good ambience its at top of the building at 3rd floor. Every Tuesday this serve unlimited pizza if you have some specific alphabets in your name. This offer turns out to be a hit for this pizzeria as many people visit because of this offer on this particular day. Their Pizza quality is okaish not that great I will only give it 2 out of 5. Toppings is very less on this particular day or on offers. But in normal days you can give it 2.5 out of 5. Nothing exceptional but you get a wide range of pizza in affordable price along with many other continental options like cheesy pasta and chocolate mous cake. Chocolate mous cake is one of my favourite and it's really delicious.

it's located in the prime locality of Gokulam, it's really huge space on the top floor of a complex which also houses a CCD on the ground floor, good ambiance, pizzas are delicious , yummy and satisfying. the prices for the items on menu are decent. service is quick. try the unlimited pizza menu offer. they use their own in house manufactured cheese and dough base and other ingredients for their pizza, even the sauces and spreading, it's fresh and very high quality in texture.

Once you enter the restaurant, the amazing ambience and lighting will freshen you up. It has superb interior decor and table arrangements. Staffs are well behaved and friendly. We ordered Roasted Garlic Chicken and Double Cheese Mushroom pizza. Both were average. Size of the pizza is small considering its price. Can be improved in terms of taste. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained properly.

I love this place a lot. Once I had visited and ordered pasta, it was served by baking. I liked cooked pasta much more and I always visit the place for both pizza and pasta. After I raised my complaint that I needed pasta which was cooked and returned the one which was served, the chef of this place personally came to my table and asked me my preference and made my order according to my taste. A one of its kind restaurant in Mysuru. I loved the semi-open ambience here. From those thin crust pizzas to sandwiches to garlic bread, they have their signature style of preparation. I have been there twice and tried to figure out how to order their dishes course by course. The staff are friendly and politely explain the menu for people like me who don't know anything about the kind of food they have for their customers.

This place was not bad. It wasn't too pricey. The white sauce pastas both veg and non veg were bland. The jalapeno submarine was very unexpected and cheesy. So yeah it is a great hangout spot for friends as well as family. The staff were very friendly and helpful in every way possible.

One of the coolest place i have seen in Mysore. It has a hell lot of varieties in pizza's. I had tried 349/- unlimited pizza + beverage + dessert. Some of the pizzas are really good. Desserts and beverages are really good. Lemongrass lemonade recommended. Cakes have alot of icing so better go for cheesecake. Double cheese margarita is really good.

This Onesta Outlet stole my heart. I had a totally different experience from Bangalore outlets. This restaurant has a roof top view. The place is so neat and tidy. I just felt the good vibes throughout. They treat customers so well. I am so impressed! I had a Pizza, Red sauce Pasta, spinach corn garlic bread, red velvet cupcake and mango cheesecake Pizza and garlic bread were amazing! Red sauce Pasta was a little blunt. Onesta usually has some amazing desserts but this was Bomb. Red velvet cupcake was so tiny and cute, soft and moist and so beautiful to look at. And, this Mango cheesecake is so far the best mango cheesecake I have had in any of the Onesta outlets.

V had bad experiences here. Inspite of complaint the staff did hear to the problem. V lost one good chance to visit. Good atmosphere well maintained furniture.

Ambience was good. We had Ordered tikka skewers. That was pretty bad, chicken was really old I guess. Lasagna was too cheesy and flavors weren't great. It would recommend to go for unlimited pizzas at Rs 345/- per head because pizzas were good. And do buy virgin mojito (best drink available there)

Decent pizza, in a very lively atmosphere. They have a special if you're feeling particularly hungry which is basically the price of the large pizza, and you get unlimited small pizzas, a drink and a dessert. I tried the veggie pizza, the tandoori paneer and the classic margherita. The veggie was the best, the paneer a bit spicy for my taste and the margherita was a bit greasy, most likely from the type of cheese used. I wouldn't go on a romantic date here, but it's the right kind of place for a group outing.

I used to generally visit pizzahut or Domino's until I visited this place. Onesta is a must visit place for pizza lovers. love thier ambience... wide variety of collection in veg and non veg. Tastes really great. But the best part is combo offers, you can try many varieties of pizzas along with a choice of your drink and a desert. My Kids used to love thier chocolate pizzas.. definitely a must visit place for dining...

The food is okay. The trouble, is that both of us were forced to choose either ala carte' or the unlimted meal. In our case we both picked ala carté. Other twosomes were split across tables, and that was a bit of a damper for them. They managed conversations across tables and shared food anyways. The place looks pretty. Carry your own water.

My birth place

nice hangout place for italian cuisine lovers. They have thin crust pizzas. I ordered unlimited veg combo where u can have any 3 kinds of pizza of ur choice with 2 drinks and 2 desserts. I had mushroom sauce pizza, maxican green, pesto sauce pizza with green apple, orange mint moctail and tiramasu jar, chocolate brownie dessert. Among these I recommended mexican veggie pizza, mushroom sauce pizza and orange mint drink. I would not at all recommend pesto sauce pizza as it was really chilly kind of taste and desserts were ok. other than that they have large space with music all time with enough lights for photos 😎

It is a very good place to have a snacks especially pizza. The taste is also good here. But the size if the pizza are a bit small. Service ks good. Cleanliness is also very well maintained. Prize is also reasonable. It is open from 11:30am to 10:30pm
