I was a regular customer of kuteera kitchen, used to give business worth 8-10k every month, they serve good food but horrible service, it's defaming only because of 1 person, don't know his name but whenever he called he kept shouting about his 30 yrs of MNC manager experience. Had very bad experience talking to him. I tried a lot to reach the owner using the numbers provided on the website, but no luck, same guy kept picking the phone and spoke extremely arrogant and rude. He spoke bad because I couldn't answer the phone when called me asking for 1000 rupees pending bill. I was disappointed, I couldn't pay the same day because of gpay issues and sudden lockdown imposed. You served good food but horrible customer service because of such staff. I am never coming back thank you.

I highly recommend Kuteera Kitchen. I have personally seen the kitchen and it is very well maintained. I liked the taste of the food as it is very homely. Keep up the great work.

Awesome homely south Indian food with some really old recipes revived. Bisibele Bhat, chilli bhajji, carrot palya and sweets are just too good. And not at all heavy on prices.

We order regularly to our home, so don't bother to investigate. Some South Indian foods are very tasty (we love sides like chutney pudi, etc), some are ok, north Indian is terrible. Food packaging needs improvement, especially for homes foil packaging and have to open all of them with knots to find one item. Payment system is bad , left hand doesn't know what happened to right hand and customers are told that they haven't paid yet. The perception is that Kuteera K doesn't care about customers, nice marketing strategy Edit: Payment system getting improved

I would highly recommend not ordering here. The service is quite unprofessional in my opinion. Even the delivery is appalling. Also the taste varies drastically from one order to another. They have also reduced the quantity also, but have increased prices. You’ll find better options in the market compared to them.

Good and tasty food. On Saturdays u get spl menus of traditional Karnataka items. They deliver your home. U HV meals and morning tiffins. Sunday holiday. All types of pudi like saru,huli, Bb, etc also u get.

it isn't a eat-in restaurant. food order tobe placed one day early for delivery. quality is homely. if you expect spicy food, you will be disappointed. even condiments delivery is there. see their website for details.

We have been ordering occasionally for one yr. It was extremely tasty . But now it is lacking d standard. Sambar has no vegetables. Today we ordered 2 mini meals. But we did not get rice. No vegetables in d sambar.

Daily starting from the breakfast up to lunch, the variety changes day by day. Your monthly needs of gojju, uppina kaayi, happala, sandige, rasam powder, sambar powder, other powders are available. Tredition, season and festival based menu is offered to the customers. Extra care in service for senior citizens, specially abled people.

Pathetic service and experience.. Food quality is very bad and didn't even deliver everything on menu that was ordered. Both breakfast and lunch was bad

Pathetic customer service. There were items missing from my order. They didn't bother to solve it even after providing all details and following up twice. Taste and quality were okay. However the gravy didn't have homemade taste to it.
