Both veg and non veg food served are good. We ordered something new called Coin Paratha and it was worth trying. Paneer butter masala was classic. Do try the burger from Easy Bites(their snack section), so soft and absolutely delicious!

This was my first visit. I have been to many empire restaurants in Bangalore and this one will be Rated above them. I love the way they greet people and serve. Taste was amazing just loved how tasty the fish and prawns items are. These are must try. Price was not too high, it was totally reasonable for the taste and service they provide. And above all don't forget to try the coconut pudding after dinner, an amazing dessert to call it a best dinner. Lime soda was good too. I recommend this place to anyone who visits Mysore.

Don't ever take biryani in Empire. Its just like a ghee rice.Good for small kids. Thali is best, and worth for money. Service is very very slow.So if ur very hungry, they will keep you hungry atleast for 40 more minutes.

Visited this place on our trip to Mysore. Located in the residential area which is not so crowdy. Parking is limited but you can park the vehicles in adjacent roads. They have big menu. We tried chicken biryani which was super delicious. They have a quick bite menu, in which they serve some good seafood. Restaurant is maintained clean. Service is fast. The toilets were not clean, that's the only negative about the place.

Mutton biryani was good. But the mutton pices were a bit under cooked. May be it is ok for seasoned eaters. The rice was very good. The prawns tawa fry was also very good. Three stars for the 1/2 an hour wait and under cooked mutton. The complimentary coconut pudding was also good. It would be better served cold.

The food and the service at Mysore Empire restaurant are pitiful. I have been to the Mysore-Bangalore highway joint and it's way better than this place. Coming to food, the pathetic list includes 1. Soggy masala papad 2. Cold rubbery naan 3. Ghee rice being served as biryani 4. Dry kalmi kabab 5. Awful chicken taste in chicken biryani About the woeful service, 1. I specifically ordered chilly chicken(with bone) but was served chilly chicken(without bone). I returned it and did not receive the item after repeated reminders. 2. The garlic naan was cold and rubbery. On complaint, they took the naan, microwaved it, and served it again. The naan which I had torn was present when they served again. I complained again and finally, they bought good quality naan after we have finished. 3. The masala papad was soggy to the core and when I checked the reply was the chef added more cucumber to the topping. They replaced it though. 4. The kids menu of poppers and French fries was served without the side sauces. I have to remind them about it. 5. The service was very slow. I formally complained to the restaurant manager about the sorry state of affairs. Avoid this place.

Super tasty food served piping hot fresh from the grill. Can also recommend the fresh juices. Clean and comfortable environment and attentive staff. Lives up to the standard of the original Bangalore branch.

If it's late in the night after 12 or something this is the place I would go. It's usually open till 2am. Like eating grill chicken and ghee rice, the best combo in my opinion. Especially the gravy they give with ghee rice is very flavourful. I've tried other dishes too. It's pretty decent. Ambience is good. If u go during lunch hours u will have to wait for a longer time coz it would be over crowded at times. U can try pan beeda as well. Just outside the restaurant its good too.

Nothing more to say about the Empire! One of the best restaurants in Bangalore and Mysore and Bit Costly. This time we ate non-veg thali from here. Nothing to say, just yummy... That mutton curry and butter chicken and then that coin porota were all good. With essential parking, this restaurant has plenty of seating for dining.

Good for a budget friendly dinner. Good for normal food items like Roti, Parotta and other common dishes. Ambience is good, well managed and neat. Parking area is very less since the restaurant is on the side of a busy road. Also, the hand wash area is a little congested since the way to it is near to the kitchen.

Even though I'm a regular customer here I Could'nt write a review. Many of us don't even know Empire has a outlet at kalidasa road. I first visited this one without knowing itself. We entered only by looking the brand "Empire". We didn't feel anything disappointed. Nothing to say about their food. Awesome. Delicious. Their service, the way they attend and welcome customer was really great. I think sunday will be heavy crowded. Must visit this outlet on working days to enjoy the ambience and food.

They have mutton biryani with bone for 250+ rupees in Zomato but in dine when I ordered mutton biryani they gave me 765 rupees mutton raan biryani, when I asked they said they don't have normal biryani. For 765 rupees it was useless and for the mutton biryani they served chicken gravy. And again when I asked for quater veg biryani which was there in menu for 130 rupees they said that the veg biryani is only available for 210 rupees. For veg biryani with that worst taste 210 is very expensive and too for half biryani. Total useless and expensive place.

Empire Restaurant is a haven for non-vegetarian food enthusiasts, offering an extensive array of delectable chicken and mutton dishes that cater to diverse palates. During our visit on 6th June, we were thrilled by the menu's wide variety, showcasing a mastery of flavors. Chicken lovers can savor options like the tender Murg Haryali Tikka or the fragrant Chicken Biryani, both bursting with delightful seasonings. Equally impressive was the mutton selection, particularly the Pepper Mutton Dry, with its impeccable seasoning and melt-in-your-mouth texture leaving a lasting impression. Empire Restaurant's focus on non-vegetarian offerings exemplifies their dedication to satisfying the cravings of meat aficionados. It truly provides a haven for those who relish the rich and indulgent flavors of chicken and mutton delicacies. During our lunchtime visit, the bustling crowd necessitated a 20-minute wait. Nonetheless, the attentive staff efficiently managed the seating process, maintaining the vibrant ambiance that underscored the restaurant's popularity. Once seated, the exceptional flavors and warm hospitality more than compensated for the brief delay. Each dish offered a memorable dining experience, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to culinary excellence. While waiting may inconvenience some, especially during peak hours, consider visiting during quieter times for a more relaxed dining experience. Overall, our visit to Empire Restaurant was thoroughly enjoyable. The delectable food, attentive service, and lively atmosphere contributed to an unforgettable lunchtime experience. We eagerly anticipate returning to savor more of their delightful offerings.

One of the tastiest meals I've had. It's undoubtedly my favourite restaurant in Mysore and definitely on the list of my top restaurants of all time. Their signature batter fried kebabs and the fiery grilled basa fish are just amazing!

Best Non veg restaurant in the area. They cover varieties of non-veg like grills, tandoori, KFC style fried chicken, and Chinese,North Indian and South Indian dishes. They have a good selection of juices and mock tails. We didn't like the service of the staff some of them are not very welcoming. They are just not interested in serving or they are tired. Parking is found around the hotel.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location had a nice, welcoming ambiance that made for a comfortable dining experience. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was delightful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming atmosphere with top-notch service

I am giving it a 3 star just because it is one of the very few restaurants that are open house even midnights in mysore. But otherwise I didn't particularly like the food very much. It was fine but not that great. Had a lot of oil in our food. Also don't take the mutton biryani it felt that it was a bit stale and also didn't have the taste to call it a biryani. Juice was very good though.

The Grilled Chicken Biriyani Full here is one of the best. Worth the price. Wish they had more employee to give orders to, especially on the first floor; we had to wait a lot to give the orders.

If you ever happened to miss your lunch while being busy in exploring the city and it crosses 3pm noon This is the restaurant which is open from 12 noon to 3 in morning Taste is amazing But beware about the quality of the food Usually containers are huge and it serves 4 people even though they say it’s for just 2 Washrooms have to be maintained properly Wait time is more need a faster service

Tandoori chicken they have not cooking properly they changed something it is not cooked and also marination is not done properly. Partially cooked. We have also complaint about it to the floor incharge but still he is not ready to correct the same. So there is no point in reaching out to the floor incharge.

When i went for lunch at 3pm I ordered Gobi Manchurian, panner burji, butter naan, rumali roti, and panner butter masala with panner burji and paid with dineout, which is good since people in Mysore are not used to eating out on dineout.

😠 Worst place to have any kind of food. The queue to enter this place can take more than 20 minutes and the food is below average.
