Excellent restuarant in the town.. Food's quantity and quality was extraordinary. The cost was very nominal, less than 100₹ per head.. Must try - open masala dosa, rava onion dosa All the hotel staff were so courteous.. Do visit this hotel in Mysore...

Restaurant has kept it's charm since beginning with good variety of dishes and maintaining it's distinct way of dish preparation and serving. Coffee is good, so Idly and Wada is famous here. NID dishes are unique in taste. Finger chips lovely and so chaats also. Compel to visit often here. Staff are extremely cooperative and serve smilingly.

Very good family restaurant in Mysore. Great food and service. The seating has alot of scope for improvement. They have the best coffee around and do try out their benne set masala Dose

Food is average. Presentation , cleanness, atmosphere is good. There is aquarium, kids like watching colourful fishes in it South Indian, north Indian, Chinese vegetarian food is served here. Deserts also available.

Very good masala dosa and Pongal. Very pleasant service - due to Covid fears we sat in the car and were served there itself.

Food quality is really bad. Couldn't complete the meals. The customer service is also horrible. Many items on the menu are not available. I'm not going here again.

I had high hopes for this place and it it was a total let down. We went there at around 10AM on Friday and these are the low points. - not fully opened for seating - limited menu in the morning - no pictures. - food was Luke warm - chutney and Sambars were swimming in water. I tried drinking it and it tasted good. - the plastic plate were not the greatest to eat the butter masala on. - the steel bowls and spoons came directly out of wash without being dried. Since the restaurant didn’t look that occupied I could not figure what was happening with water dipping spoons. Did express my displeasure to the waiter who I believe informed the owner . I don’t think they care enough to explain. High points : - coffee was good and hot . - the taste of the Luke warm food was good. I think it would have tasted better if it was hot. But … Hygiene ? : Gave sugar free in a tablet and I could why it is a bad idea. As one from our group tapped and got 3 /4 of them and was trying to shove extra ones back in there.

Nalpak serves a variety of dosas and idlis. The service was very good and quick as well. Prices are very reasonable. We had set masala dosa, ghee dosa, rava onion dosa all of which were good

One of worst experience ever.the meal I ordered had no onion slices,no gravy for fried rice. The tandoori rotties were over fried. Not that good taste.and they use plastic bags for packaging meals that's not good for neither our environment nor for animals lives.

It is crowded and situated in the centre of the city!! Butter roti, chocolate ice cream and veg fried rice were 👌🤌🤤 just woww!! Due to the crowd hospitality and quality of food and utensils must be updated and can give the best service...

As per the Tuesday's menu I asked banana bajji for evening snacks. But it was not there. So I. Ordered pain Puri. After some time they served Banana Bajji without confirmation. It was too oily . I don't liked it.

Atmosphere is good, we wanted No onion No Garlic, we had little less choices but that was sufficient for our interests. Food is okay okay, no salt and no mirchi, it's very difficult to consume. Soups do not try they are not good.

Food tastes average. Tried 3 curries, a rice, Gobi Manchurian. All the dishes lacked salt. Feels like DIY restaurant. Had to repeatedly ask them to serve the dishes, for every dish. Not upto the mark. But the lady taking the order was very courteous, the only positive thing about the restaurant.

Food taste is not that great. We tasted idli vada, it was bland in taste. Ambience and service is good.

North Indian curries tasted very bad. Paneer was very sour. Not worth what they charge. We were served on wet plates and unhygienic spoons.

Took idli Vada, plain dosa, masala dose & water melon juice. The idli dint taste better at all..tasted as if idli batter was not fresh or fermented properly.

Half cooked chapathi, worst south Indian meal served in a decent looking place. No mini meals option. This place is so freakin overated , people don't have any good option nearby. This place is below average. Deserves 0 stars

Breakfast was good. Rava dosa tasted decent, it was mixed with rice flour and other flavours. You can try idli, Vada and masala dosa.

Big disappointment today... Noon. Friend arrived from Bangalore. Wish to go nalpak. With all search. But meals was too bad. Felt shame in front . sorry to say. Its not good meal that we had today. In future I won't suggest & select this... For our prime moments.

Worst taste & No proper response from manager

Food is good but I am hesitating to go there again as I had a bit of sour experience. Order taking people should be soft mannered when a customer asks details about the menu. We customer are paying money for food not begging. Otherwise ambience, cleanliness and food quality is very good.

Hygienic and tasty food, but some dishes only available at a specific time. Disappointed with fruit juice it's kinda diluted should improve the thickness. Good hospitality.

One of the oldest and most famous restaurants in Mysore, very well known for its coffee and Butter Masala Dose. The uniqueness of this place is the car service. Most of the Mysore locals still prefer to sit in the car and get their food served to their car. Must try dishes are Butter Masala Dose, Idly and Vada and coffee. They even have 2 more branches in Mysore.

Ordered for 3 Thalis. Absolutely not upto the mark. Difficult to believe veggies were ice cold, so was chapati m ras n sambar. Told the manager to take care for future customers.

We took South Indian thali., which was not upto the mark, the items served were very cold instead of hot stuff, but my Friend who took north Indian food was very much pleased.
