The staff here is very unprofessional. Barely four people are working. My order took 25mins to come. Then also only half of my order was provided. The staff here should be a bit more professional and should be trained properly. The only two starts is for the food, which was again cold. The table was also not clean. I asked the staff multiple times to clean, but no response. The washroom was also very untidy.

Can call it a fast food place with fried chicken (most) along with burgers. Vegetarian burgers and fries are also available. Ambience is well maintained and tables are sanitized regularly. Quite some space for comfortable seating has been maintained. Cost wise it's a little on the higher end with respect to the quantity. Good enough for a 'once in a while quick bite'.

Good food,good service, well maintained, neat and tidy, good atmosphere, covid protocols are maintained,the billing staffs need to be more interactive their actions or the response from just a facial expression doesn't work out every time, thts seems to be so rude

Smoky red was really disappointing.. no taste.. he'll lot of differences between advertising and reality.. look at the pic.. I cook much better than the one we get in kfc

Soo they brought back the Double Down but also reduced it's size from it's original. The portion is like kids size lol. What's not funny is the price though. Only the size came down. Price remained the same (if not went up marginally) Other than that have had good experiences till date

Visited first time at this stall. Less crowded around 1:30pm staff were friendly and polite. Menu organised in well manner which helps to order. Delivery was fastest and gave detailed instructions on our pick up. Stall was well cleaned and maintained

A horrible experience... Not recommended....They are not eligible for 1 star rating.,They didn't provide me with the bill for my order. The lady who took the order has a hard time responding appropriately. They didn't give me the bill for my order. She told me to wait five minutes before we could collect you. After that, when my friend asked for the bill, she replied that she couldn't give it to me now. The fries were cold and not fresh, I asked after we ate popcorn, and she said You have to let us know when you received your order only, we can't give you a bill and the fresh fries and her bad attitude .

Staffs are not very courteous … I ordered Grilled chicken and biryani … it’s quantity was very less but in photo it was full bowl rice … they gave very less quantity .. when I asked the staff .. they answered that’s photo and it’s reality… They don’t provide even tissue paper along with the food … Not satisfied 😔

Food was not testy, they Didn't provide any sauces after taking a order for almost 2000 bucks. The staffs behaviour was totally unprofessional and rude. Their air conditions is not working properly, need to eat the food by sweating. 😰 Food: 5/10 Service: 3/10 Staffs behaviour: 2/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Recommendations: you may go, but Don't carry high expectations.

The lady cashier was busy on phone call, was waiting to order the food then she said to order it on the newly installed Machine, after ordering food I got Hot & crispy but she told to wait for 2 minutes for French Fries as it was not cooked, even after waiting for long time there was no call from them for French Fries, i myself have to go n ask continuously, Gents staff are far helpful then those ladies staff. Even the hand wash sinks, mirrors are not clean. Overall bad experience.

Ambience is good, place is well maintained but service speed is very slow, only one person is collecting the receipts/delivering order where lots of people are waiting to collect order. Billing process is also slow, overall we waited almost 1hr… best to avoid during weekends.

I ordered fries which tasted horrible, i told them it tatstes bad and that the cooking oil must be bad, so they just gave me freshly cooked fries which tasted the same, giving a customer new fries when the problem was not the fries but the oil you cooked it with is old or reused instead of fresh wont fix the problem, use fresh oil when you cook the fries! Dont be lazy change the oil according to proper food standard and protocol. Couldnt even eat the fries and money was wasted.

Nice place to hang out or eat alone in the KFC outlet in DRC Mall. Neatly maintained as always.

Worst experience the order was given within 2 min customer service is also bad. How they can charge 600 bucks and serve people with leftover foods soggy fries and burgers with spoiled lettuce. I deserve to have 600 bucks burn in my pocket for no reason totally hated the experience I don’t recommend anyone to go here.

Situated in the B M Habitat mall... very happening place in Mysore... Decent crowd... Fancy... One of the best fast food... Very fresh and hygienic... I never forget to mention it is tasty as heaven... very good ambience... pocket friendly... worth the spending... best place to hangout with friends... best for family dining as well... One of the best place for selfie crazies... and also one of my most often visited place to have a quick bite

Worst place first we order cold drinks later when we asked can u give can as we were traveling, they denied however we could see it was available in the refrigerator. After that when we asked for straw answer was it's not available, how will anyone drink cold drinks without straw. Suggestions is a subway is available right next to it and staff seemed very friendly.

I took chicken crisper 5 PC's n two Pepsi They gave me 2 Leg piece that to too small N the gave me 3 wings it was OK in size But last time I ordered same they have me 5 PCs big leg piece. Waste of money I could have been complaint to manager bt I didn't have time so I moved on

KFC is amazing compare to any other food store! Taste is amazing and they delivery food very fast! And gururaj named dispatcher have done a very good job!

Worst service ever, people are bothered about profits and not bothered about customer.I ordered two zinger burger both are cold and when I complaint, the staff over there at the counter said, only patty will be hot rest are room temperature. okay.. I have visited here before also but never had my experience like today. And then with burger I ordered two coke with that they offer straw but I was taken aback when I sip the coke with that straw, I found charge slip of other customers in that straw. Fisrt time I had a very bad experience in this KFC. Not gonna visit this place again. Fake advertisement of 7 mins, but you visit restaurant it will take 30 mins. KFC quality of food and service is going worse everyday. Poor hygiene, product non availability, fake advertisement soo many more issues in this restaurant.
