Edit :- Sorry to say but their quality has gone way down!!! This is from our last 3 recent orders. So either they've changed the manager or the ones that make our food or their own quality assurance has dipped, I'm not sure. But the good quality surely has! Taste is more or less bland. Stuffed garlic bread hardly had any stuffing!! And where's the cheese that was supposed to be in the stuffed garlic bread?!! The pizza too is bad. The plain dough/Pizza base is more than everything else. Toppings is less and my God the mozzarella cheese is also less! Are you trying to save money by any chance? Cause this isn't how you do it at the cost of your business. Extremely disappointed (Have attached pics for proof) Original :- Been a regular ever since their opening that's from over a decade! Good clean and hygienic place and they also severe fast. The home delivery is also quick and we haven't had issues. Till date only once was there a negative from their side which was rectified right away by the manager itself when the complaint was raised. But other than that no bad reviews at all from our side.

Super taste and nice environment but they forgot to give chilly flakes and oregano packets🤦😅 don't forget to ask them and get it. Veg extravaganza with extra cheese was too good👌👌

Updating the review since DP customer service insisted: Food 1*: stale ingredients & quantity of toppings has reduced significantly over time Service 2*: waiting time is quite a lot even during non-peak hours. staff don't bother about this as they r busy with online orders Atmosphere 2*: no fresh air & possibly inadequate AC. hygiene is lacking in general in the seating areas. tables r not properly cleaned for next/waiting customers. washrooms r untidy too Hope this helps!

Don't know the front line staff thinks they are serving free of cost .. even after paying they serve as government office staff/ . Or may be the staff seem like tired as hell very impatiently takin orders . Really disappointed. Not going to visit anytime again.

While the pizza was just ok, we were shocked that the seasoning was very stale & sour . We tried from droppers placed at other tables & they were the same . Very BAD 😔 . Chilli flakes were not coming out of droppers at all . Extremely disappointed ☹️. Better avoid is my personal opinion 😔

Once you taste it you are never going back. Loved the veg paradise with cheese burst and plain garlic bread sticks with cheese dip

Customer services are appreciated. Kids friendly atmosphere. Taste 👌👌. Vehicle Parking spaces for Customer should be considered as it's been occupied by Pizza delivery Vehicles only 😄

It was nice experience i went there in the evening about 7’o clock.It was so calm atmosphere not so much crowded.The color theme ,walls and arrangements of this shop is so nice and they have done our order fast .

Good service and taste. There is a small party space for group. The one thing I did not like is the seating area is close to the wash rooms.

Sorry to say this... It's the only branch in mysore which has lost it's rating.. We orderd paneer capsicum where there was very less quantity of paneer.. They squeesed the paneer instead of presenting them in cube shapes.. When I asked one of the employ there.. She didn't response properly and gave explination.. Day by day it's really loosing it's quality.. I always recoomend dominos for pizza but not from this branch..

Pasta were not available. Card payment was not working. Outlet not listed under takeaway options. Oregano was not available on the table.

Certainly a good experience! The pizza was perfectly made even though it was a regular. Most Domino's screw it up or burn it or there is no cheese at all .. but this was the perfect blend of everything we wanted in the pizza!

Food is OK ok. Taste is not like pizza hut

They seem to be very busy.. pizzas tasted like junk.. no salt, no spice.. this happens when someone grows beyond their capacity.

It was amazing experience that I’d here! I was taken here for my bday treat! The shop wasn’t crowded! The dining area was neat and clean. The food was hot and delicious but with Pepsi not coke. I recommend this outlet to everyone who craves for best pizzas.

Place is good. Not too big but good enough for a short meal or snack. Home delivery is also maintained. Providing tomato ketchup sachet is stopped and is chargable that’s the bad part of it. Pizzas are good enough though Its bit thick and more thicker at the edges. For the given price its good enough.

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon, there was sufficient room to sit, ordered paneer paratha pizza, double cheese margarita with cheese burst crust, stuffed garlic bread We waited for about 10 minutes to get our order It maintained hygienic Service was ok Not suitable for physically challenged as there are a few steps and no ramp

We ordered chicken sausage pizza and corn pizza. They were not up to the mark. They weren't as they were supposed to be. The base was too much puffed and spongy. Needs a bit of betterment:)

It was such a bad experience for me. They treat customers like cheap people. I lost 640 rs during payment after successful transaction also they'll tell no sir it's not credited to our account. In front of me only 4-5 people lost their money. If we go and ask they'll tell we will give you free pizza. How can they give free pizza even after they have our money. If they really have a transaction issue atleast they should mention. Please do not make any payments in dominos using UPI. This is such a cheap branch I have ever seen.

The one in Saraswatipuram near to gowdru mess. Absolute pathetic customer service. While the service inside and related to pizza delivery is very good, what happened after that is really pathetic. After havingy lunch in the outlet, when I walked out, I saw a pizza delivery bike parked in such a way that I couldn't take my bike out and this was technically blocking part of the main road. I waited for 10 mins and no one turned up. Went into store and requested the bike be moved, the cashier didn't even acknowledge the request. Eventually saw some other guy who happened to be coming from a different store and when I requested, he moved the bike so I could take my bike out. I was late for my doctor's appointment cos of this person who carelessly parked his bike and didn't even bother to acknowledge that he's made a mistake. Hoping this is a one off incident.

Good hygiene. Pathetic customer service. Arrogant people behind the counter ( only one counter most of the times that also causes delay). Also they are so cheap, that they charge for ketchup and hands out only one tissue per person. (Makes them very cheap for the brand they have)

Mostly crowded hence the order delivery takes time. Enough seating capacity. There is a birthday party area as well in case you have a celebration. They accept cash, card and UPI payment. Pizzas are good. Prices are the same as any Dominos outlet.
