They are having enough dining space to accommodate a large number of customers. The food quality was nice. It used to be very good couple of years back. I felt that the taste did not match with old times and literally lost the feel. The fries were overcooked and was not that good. Overall average place, which lost the glory.

I am giving 2 star for the ambience in the first floor, felt like giving one star. The infra is badly maintained with broken wash basin and cats roaming around pestering for bits of bones. Only a hungry person would not mind all these. I guess it used to be a well maintained place for some period of time during earlier years, but the owners have cared little for its upkeep. The food was not great and you would get similar selection, tastewise, elsewhere as well, but for once in a while you may have your fill. Not a Fine Restaurant though for the reasons mentioned, but who cares, if the intention is to fill your stomach.

Very very bad place..this is how ther loot the tourists.. The prices of items wer like 3 or 4 star hotel.. The bowls plates all wer burnt and the vessels wer very old..seems like it's frm Mughal eras beggers utensils.. No proper tables..AC room was not maintained at all ..

It’s not the restaurant, where we can go with the restaurant name as it’s lost it’s Glory and charm. It was disappointing experience interns of food quality, taste & hygiene. Local military hotels offer better quality service than this restaurant. . So, it’s not the choice for those who are looking for good food .

This restaurant's license should be cancelled. Lot of morons are working here.. First of all the food is bad. Biryani = tomato rice + boiled chicken, chicken Afghani = chicken fried with turmeric marinated. Butter chicken = tasteless chicken curry. On top of that things are non edible. When we complained it to the manager he replied rudely that "other people are eating here. We make things here this way. If you have a problem then don't come". He should be taught how to talk to the customers

The food was very mediocre for the price they charge. The chicken korma was inedible.orotta was dry and re-heated filled with tons of oil. Chicken in the biryani was undercooked and mutton biryani was sour it felt stale. The only thing which tasted good was thumbs up. Thank God they don't make their own cold drinks. The lights were flickering chairs were rickety, washroom was shabby and filthy. The prices were sky rocketing. An utter poor taste and really bad service. I recommend it only to termites. Please don't waste your money here.

We ordered chicken biryani and mutton biryani with chicken kabab. Kabab and chicken biriyani was good. Quantity also fine for one person. But the the mutton smells like aged goat.

This happens to be one of the old restaurants of namma mysuru❤️. I've been here since very young. That rustic look of the table, fans, windows n the stairs would certainly gives the old vibe. Love thier mutton Biryani and rumali roti. It used to be sooo good earlier. Now the quality has gone down a bit . If u r a person who would look for hygiene and stuff like that, avoid this place. If u want to just go eat food den go n enjoy ur food.. service needs a lot of improvement.. n they need to keep the place clean.

Very bad restaurant, poor ambience. Worst and tasteless food. The rice in biryani was not cooked at all. The attitude of the cashier needs to improve. The feedback give wasn't taken well and sounded bizarre. Not going again even. Better to avoid this restaurant.

A very worst and bitter experience, the hotel is not as good as when it was earlier, the food which was famous and tastier has lost its quality. I took Mutton Biriyani, Mutton was not cooked properly and the same was not cooked along with Buriyani, Mutton was tasteless, no salt, no spices were absorbed, I felt that when I asked for Mutton biriyani @ 9.05 p.m. waiter told it is cooking, he brought hot streaming biriyani with only two piece of mutton which was horrible to eat. Chicken Kebab was very worst the Chicken was grown old, it was not juicy, found blood stains inside kebab which was not washed properly before frying kebab. Service is very worst, late serving, we have wait for about 15 minutes for hot water. We have to ask for about 3 times to get the hot water. The waiter was looking after other tables and major concentration only on billing customers. Found many Rats, bandicoots on the walls near CC Camera, the hotel is not clean, maintenance is not done properly.

Worst restaurant serving horrible Curry, sweet biryani and full of carcass chicken Afghani.... the service people are unhygienic and they don't care as per the value for the money we spend. Please avoid this restaurant. Tourists and even locals be aware of you getting cheated here.

The street biryani is far better compared to biryani here for 250. The tandoori chicken can be used as a hand grenades. Never ask for any veg or paneer items.

Worst experience for ordering online. I ordered @9:30pm & food was delivered to me @10:50pm, also food is not packed properly and it's open to AIR. I ordered tandoori chicken worst packing was seen in my life. Also Mughal Darbar staff over phone call is always lieing to me different different lie, worst man on the phone.

The best part and unique about this restaurant is that they don't use taste enhancers in the cooking, just original flavours from spices and cooking styles. A very old restaurant on the street. Ramadaan time special foods are must try especially their menu with mutton.

Biryani ,gravies and naan are good,chicken starters are a bit oily and hard to chew.They should focus more on cleanliness as there kitchen and toilets are not clean at all.

Food was good and tasty. Not so Hygienic. Not a family restaurant. We landed here as we were hungry for lunch.
