Have visited earlier but this time it was bad. It was dripping with oil and I used 2 tissues to remove the excess oil. When I complained he just talked to the waiter and that's it. Also the prices have increased and it's pricey for what's offered. They need to improve their quality if they want to justify the prices. Overall ok-ok experience

BEWARE !! ... This is not a real "Nalapak Hotel".. Its a fake. We thought North Karnataka Jolada Rotti oota will be available. But to our surprise only 3 items (Jeera rice, fried rice and mushroom rice was there) We went to this hotel just by seeing the board and not reading reviews. I think this is the worst hotel in Mysuru. Not even fit for 0-Star Rating. Eventhough we were seated in front of the manager and asked him to take orders, nobody took orders for upto 15 min. Then our jeera rice came in bowls without plate, we asked for water bottle and there was a delay to give that also.. For everything we have to beg and they will give as if they are doing great service. I dont recommend this hotel. Worst service and waste of time.

This restaurant serves hit and fresh dishes. It's ok with NID dishes. But, soup was very hot with small cut chillies. Staff are good. Interior of hotel needs to be attracted.

Crowded most of the time. All Food and service are good. Coffee tastes very good. South meals and north meals are nice.

I am a regular to this place. What I like about this hotel is the ambience, the high level of hygiene , the friendly staff. And since it is a new branch, there's not much of a crowd yet. Even the fish lazily swimming in the pond that's open to the sky, is so relaxing.

This is very expensive hotel. Even they charged for serving plates also as miscellaneous. Moreover taste of dosa is very bad. So it is better to avoid this hotel when u travel on ring road. It is situated at dattagahalli ring road, before Netaji circle, Mysore.

Good place to eat with friends or family, pure veg, it maintains its positive vibe and aroma. Friendly staff makes it better place. Few dishes are just beyond goodness, having a unique taste that someone can feel.

I love your khara bath and idli, havent tried dosa (Dose), but heard its very nice too. Staff are very friendly and they recognize their returning customer and go an extra mile to serve them. Just a bit of advice, keep and server the sambhar hot and little more cleanliness is required in the dattagalli branch. Will visit again and strongly recommend them on quality & affordable pricing

We have been there for a lazy Saturday breakfast and had 'Set Dosa' which is popularly known as 'Katta Dosa' in Kerala and Tamilnadu.The chutney was good but I think they should not add yeast to Dosa so that it won't taste like Appam.Tea and Coffee was superb.Was not so crowded and the staff was very polite.There is a small pond with a bunch of fancy fishes in the courtyard so that we can keep our kids busy till the food gets prepared.Overall nice ambience.Parking has to be done by the side of the Main road and that is a bit dangerous too.

I had the bonda soup. It's my first time trying this bonda soup. The taste is good but the bonda is a little oily. They have the other quick bites like chats, rava idly for evening.

They have a fish pool where kids can enjoy and they can sit there and eat. Had taken masala dosa and set dosa. Both were good. Best thing was we went at night 9pm and the dosa batter was fresh

Horrible experience... Rude customer service... Mean waiters.. They serve cold food.. when we ask the person to at least heat it and give... they take it back and come back to say it cannot be heated and they cannot serve me that particular dish and ask us to order something else. Totally disappointed, do not recommend this place to anyone.. We are never going back there..!!

We are visiting eversince it was started in Dattagalli. Service and atmosphere is very good. Food made in Central kitchen and made in house both are good South Indian or North Indian.

This Nalapak restaurant in Mysuru in Dataghalli branch. is the worst i have experienced. At 10.15 am Sunday 9 Oct 2022 nothing was available except Dosa and Bisi bele bath. The Masala dosa was tasted horrible which costed Rs 75. Plain Dosa was Rs 65. So don't just go by name and if you in Dataghalli looking for hiotel don't include this as an option.

Worst experience! Badam milk mix with insect 🐝 . I can imagine how hygienic is kitchen . I strongly suggest management to give best hygienic food.

Situated on Mysore ring road,serve dosa n south indian bf,for lunch its basic Howar roti n meals,even dinner is served,coffee was okie dokie,service was quick

Food was average and service was good. However inside the hotel it was stuffy as there is no ventilation...the big glass overlooking the main road is sealed and as it is west facing, the afternoon heat was intolerable. Hope client comfort will be given precedence over aesthetics.

Very good experience here. Lots of veg options are available here for breakfast. Good service. But wash room should be maintained more neat and clean.

Food was OK. Salt was very less in all the items which we ordered. Babycorn chilly ordered was giving smoky flavour which we didn't like.

This place can sure do with some improvements. It's located close to the ORR in Mysuru. One of the things that could change would be taking off items from the menu which they do not serve. The staff could use some grooming and they could use some kind of system where the wait time before being served could improve. The casual attitude of the service staff could be another thing that could be made away with

This is not like the other branch that they have. It's on the ring road which is ideal for a traveller who will not visit them twice. Food quality is bad service is horrible, ambiance not to be spoken off.not a place to visit if you are a local.

Nalpak is a. Chain of restaurants. The present one is the nice location of ring road in Mysore. Food was good once. But not so good now a days

Nalpak Datgalli in Mysore is a good option for breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast will be good. North Indian Dishes are good. Chats is Ok ok not so great Juice is ok ok not so great Usually this place is not crowded. We can spend time here.

One of the best chains of restaurants to dine in.. Very well maintained place.. well behaved and friendly staff.. Easy to commute for breakfast or lunch if you are on the way to Nanjangud or Ooty.. from Mysore and you are looking for a quick brunch or lunch... since it is located on the left hand side of the road.. on outer ring road.

The restaurant was clean and tidy. Limited service yet delicious food. No place for car parking. All the items in the menu is not available, only some of them is available. They don't have full fledged menu as they are still trying to cope up with the current pandemic. The service was good and friendly. Cards and cash are accepted, sodexo not accepted. Everyone should give a try.

Good breakfast and a decent lunch. Family restaurant. Dosa was quite good. Coffee was yum. Will visit again.
