Very worst worst worst ever experience I had in this NAVA india salon. Please do not take any hair treatments or hair cuts here.... Initially I went for keratin treatment , but they told botox will be best for staright hair and made me to do Botox.. The very next day my hair got completely curly. Then again went and took the same botox treatment with other staffs.. They very lethargically saying , the first girl who did botox was in an urge to leave to home. So she have not done that properly .. Its a very bad experience I faced so far. This is not the way they say reasons when we are paying for these... They told it will last 63 washes and A straight look. But in the very first wash itself, my hair again got curly. When I reached them they are not even responding at all.. And yelling us back without even knowing how to behave with the customers.... They need customers untill we take their service and never ever bothered anything after that.. Its a genuine review . Please do not visit .

Went there for a mens underarm waxing but the staff didnt seem like a professional and they do service just for the sake of it. Extremely unprofessional and 0 satisfaction. Strongly no recommendation here

Worst salon I have ever visited! The guy in the front desk was very disrespectful! And the service person was rushing all the procedures Service was not good! Poor hygiene and salon was ver untidy!! Waste of money!

Ambience is good and fully air-conditioned. I went there more than 6 times All the staffs are skilled...Excellent service by (:(suba):) for my girlfriend's Hair Treatment. Everything was perfect..Front offuce staffs also communicate friendly, The professionalism of people there and price range was really affordable as well.. overall 5/5👏👏 keep up the good work guys.

They keep on changing staffs that is very uncomfortable and cannot continue any service there as because of near by salon from my house im taking threading service bt that too this time I'm very unsatisfied not even asking she pulled all hairs out made it very thin..they don't have experience I think..and for hair cut after cutting hair she dint even dried my wet hair telling all done and sending me for paying bill..worst staffs...

Went for a hair trim and for frinches But the girl who did hair trimming spoiled my hair and said that she was crct with an attitude in behaviour and they never even regreted for their worst behaviour I never expected this much worst service in studio11 totally disappointed.They keep on changing the top stylist and give false hope with their trainers. They dont even consider customer statisfaction

Very bad service. Did hair botox and they told it Wil last 76 washes . But in a very next wash it completely went off... And they are saying the price thats come in their mouth . To me they said as ₹7000 and in call with another customer they are saying it as ₹6000, thinking we never listened to their conversation. When I call back then to correct this . They never ever respond properly at all and shouting us back in a very bad tone and shouting .. Very very worst ever experience I had here thatbi never faced so far in any salons. Please never ever go spoil your hair and waste you amount for this cheap ever service . My ₹7000 plus ₹3000 for their after care products just ruined in just one wash.... This is a genuine feedback .. These people will just give fake promises to take their worst service and never bother after the service... Never ever take any kind of hair service here.. Please..

studio 11 nava india The service was really good this is my second time here Would definitely come back! The botox treatment is great. Really loved the care and how they actually did what I've wanted. Subha was so good and did wonders to my hair! would definitely recommend,ambitions are really good,front desk manager talks friendly,all staff arevery kind and care....

Very worst service. I won't prefer this anymore. And the people are not knowing anything. Honest review don't go here. Definitely you will feel very worst. Done Botox for 7000 but after 2 days their price was 5000 for other clients. And after service was very worst. They are shouting us after their worst service. And the salon Suckers will ruin your money. You can buy the same products with good discounts in other online platforms. Better price than this Nava india studio 11 sucker people.

One of the best services provided I have ever experienced. A great place to visit. To name in specific, Bhuvana and Suba were great staff who were friendly and gave us a great service.

Literally a worst experience.... I have done keratin from here they just burned my hairs. They damaged my hairs so much.. literally very worst experience.... After paying 4k also my hairs are looking same fizzy and damaged.... You guys don't waste your money here
