GOOD SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. They had the baby bags as we wanted. Most shops don't have same. Good collection and very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Especially Mr. Saravanan is well treating clients. GREAT APPLAUSE.

I did purchase for my baby worth 8000 INR. And I wanted to exchange a soft toy. When I came to the shop next day I was completely disappointed with a Very poor management in the shop… the rule for exchange and refund is applicable for only clothes and shoes. I agree to the rules… I had a request for exchanging unicorn soft toy. The shop assistant informed the rules and have given me an option for speaking to manager. Although my reason was genuine to exchange, the manager was very hesitant to even listen to me. She had no eye contact but was only looking at the system and said NO. I was very disappointed with the way she handled my query . I had to raise my concern that she has poor customer service and then she apologised and listened to me for the name sake. Thanks to the shop assistant for his excellent communication but poor manager.

Being a regular customer Mr. Sathish kumar treats as if a new customer and explains in detail and gives a good knowledge about the products.

worst service by store incharge they will not give bill copies and will claim no returns for kits even within 10 mins after billing only after billing they do say printer not working by 12pm they do claim tat travelling to shop and will not allow the replacement for products even unopened gift boxes within next 10 mins they don't agree for replacement worst ever shopping experience had with the shop such a poor shop incharge claims themselves as manager of store

Comparatively expensive than other baby shops.. parking available.. I went around 8 pm and they were keen on closing the shop closed half shutter.. The sales person approach is good but cost wise it is on high end for the same products outside it is 20-25% less

Very worst customer service. No return and No excanage for non opened items for various issues is a big drawback for a customer. Even in online purchase they will accept return and exchange.
