Lol- has anyone actually gone to this cafe? Or are we all just exploring Google maps?

There are no restaurants in Nanortalik, although there are two cafes, this one and Roskipidip Cafe, Qujanarteq. However, sadly Cafe 44 was closed at the time of the day we we recently visited Nanortalik. A good coffee, right here on Lundip Aqqutaa and in the centre of this quiet and beautiful hamlet was just what we needed on such a cold and windy day. The cafe is open for business but wasn't at the time of our visit.

Going to this place is on my bucket list to see if it's actually as good as all the blind reviews say.

I could list a whole forty four reasons why this bar is really good, but I’ll keep it short and concise. Servers are really sweet, they make you feel nice and welcome, the food and drinks are decent, musics really good and the place has a nice aesthetic.

I think this place might be more fun other days than mondays. Sometimes there is live music. Reasonably high prices Smelled like someone recently got a bit too much to drink.

We were made to feel very welcome here, would love to return for a gig night one day.

If you come to Nanortalik, you cannot leave before visiting Café 44. Bring Danish Krones, cash only.
