Nice facilities but rather overpriced. And you have to pay for using the car park, even if you spend money inside, which is odd, and it's very expensive. I don't think one should have to pay for the lockers either. And there's no cold water machine at the gym. The pool is nice and clean and rarely busy in the mornings or at lunch time. The gym equipment is nice and in good condition, but it's rather limited. The rowing machine is excellent though. I feel that if you use the facilities, parking should be free or at least subsidised. And the music in the gym is awful. Really awful.

Awesome place, which provides many form of sports. The pool is large and clean, and there is even a small spa and a pool for children. The price is reasonable, and they also provide people with the opportunity to buy season ticket if you want to go more often. During weekends the place might be crowded. You can also enjoy many other kind of sport activities over here.

I recently stumbled upon an incredible place to play badminton, and I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere was simply electric, buzzing with excitement and filled with passionate players. For two whole hours, I immersed myself in the fast-paced action, feeling the rush with every swing of the racket. The facilities were top-notch, with well-maintained courts that provided the perfect balance between grip and maneuverability. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a great game. The lighting was excellent, allowing for excellent visibility on the court. The overall experience was nothing short of amazing, as I witnessed my skills improving and my love for badminton growing stronger.

Pool isn't good for beginners or those starting to get fit again. It's overcrowded no matter what time you go, it is poorly organized, and the staff has a bad attitude. I've been coming here for six months and, of 8 or 9 lanes, between 1 and 3 are constantly reserved for private lessons, usually for kids. Each of these reserved lanes usually only has 6 people while the hundred other people are forced into the rest. There is 1 practice lane. In the rest of lanes, you have to swim constantly without stopping or get out. The lanes are narrow and two way traffic is expected. The practice area would be perfect for me to strengthen my skills and start getting fit again. Unfortunately it is extremely busy with even more kids than in the "kid only" areas. I tried the lanes, but after swallowing some water and stopping in the middle for a moment, the staff yelled at me. Fascilities might have been new a year ago, but now the showers smell like a latrine, several curtain hooks are broken in the showers, and today I saw dirty tissues floating in the water. It is cheap and it is convenient if you're in the area. Call before you go to see how many people are there. Anymore than 85-90 and there is probably no point unless you can swim lengths constantly.

Very cool place for all sports. Bring the whole family

One of the best Multifunctional Sports Center in Taichung, the Government did quite a great Job. English Friendly aswell. Rate it 4 out a 5 due to swimming pool that is a little too small with classes every time i came that makes it much more smaller.

The place was big and many sports thing you can do here. In every sports area you pay 50ntd for 1 hr except for swimming pool that cost 90ntd per hour. Clean place and well maintain, very accessible too and parking lot is okay. I have been into gym ang swimming area when I visit this place and so far it was Cool for me. Must try

Great basketball courts . New classes every two months. Kick boxing classes and TRX classes are taught by professional coaches.

The equipment and space in the gym are not large. Compared with the North District and Nantun Sports Centers, it is relatively crowded and the air is not circulated well. It's a pity

This sport center is one of the government-sponsored sport center that includes swimming pool, gym, badminton courts, fitness classrooms, and many many other facilities. It includes several shower rooms as well that are free. The price is ok too – 50TWD for 1 hour for gym (1xxx TWD for unlimited month pass).
