Quality of beef is good. The atmosphere and the staff are attentive and friendly. Staff (94) is attentive and efficient. Great meal!

The overall experience is pretty decent overall(4 out of 5 stars) but the reason for the 1 star review is to counteract the over inflated 5 star reviews. The restaurant entices customers to leave 5 star review in return for a free dish. This type of behavior completely undermines the integrity and purpose of a review platform. This establishment takes advantage of this loophole and garnered over 50,000 reviews.... 4.9 stars does NOT accurately represent the experience here.

2018/07, speedy dining. ＄100USD FOR 2, Soso Japanese beef and not good Taiwanese pork? Same price you can have a American prime rib/steak else where. In Tw you only get few slices of meat! Atmosphere is same as last visited. Salad was ok. Tiny small rice bowl but delicious. Great service as always! Noisy! Total dining time under 55 minutes. Amazing speed. Efficient. 2017 趕進度 Very thin beef-tongue, paper like thickness. For 3 slices = ＄10USD Barbecue/grill but the waiters were keen to make you to leave earlier/move on/out after they delivered all dishes. Eat fast & Move fast!!!

Place is really big and can accomodate groups (we're on a group tour a total of 4 buses). Dishes are served fast except for the rice, soup and drinks. Serving portion was a little too much as when they were serving half way we were already full. Food not as good as expected. Thanks to server #68.

Umai Yakiniku was totally worth the value. We ordered Japanese wagyu with Pork set 3180, comes with a big variety of choices, including soft drinks, unlimited soup, salad choice and condiments. The A5 wagyu short ribs were so good! Highly recommended! Staff 144 was very attentive to our table, patient and sweet personality.

Chicken soup is great, you can have as much as you want. Meat is perfect, especially beef and chicken. The service is great, they will change the wire grid frequently. The dessert is tasty as well! Also, there’s no strong smell remain on the clothes after leaving! Overall, it’s a good experience to enjoy barbecue here!

The drink was good😋, 100% Kiwi juice🤩. The meat was good and fresh😍. I really liked the the meat. The service was really good they change the grill very often🤗. Moreover, they can also clean shrimp for you if you ask and it was so quick and professional🤣. Overall, it was okay😄. Seating place was quite small for 6 people🤔. 6 people and only 1 grill to BBQ🤔. The place is excellent and the service we obtain from a handsome guy (No. 81) make us feeling at home. We are happy to enjoy our dinner in Umai. The Wagyu beef set we choose is TWD4180 (for 2 ppls), we add on extra scallop 6pcs, which are delicious. Portion for meat is more than enough, i think it suit 2 adult and 1 kid. Reccomend you to come here

Was serve by crew #23. Very attentive service and comes by frequently to change the grill, ensuring the bbq items doesn’t get charred. We ordered the set with seafood and crew carefully helped to grill, and de shell before serving. There were some small oops during dining, but service recovery were done quickly ensuring diners are well taken care of. Good quality in meat cuts. Seafood porridge with scallops were also extra yummy.

The quality of the meal and the service has been the same since 屋馬 started business. As someone who’s oftenly abroad, the experience of dining at 屋馬 always amazes me. We were serve by waitress 136, even though shes taking care of several tables at once, we felt like she was constantly monitoring what’s going on at our table so that we don’t overdone things and have the best experience we can have.

The food is delicious and the service is awesome but without a physical manu is a problem. We actually don’t have any idea how big is the set manu so we order 2 two people set and is too much for us (2 adults and 2 kids). It’ll be much thankful if our server can explain to us before or while we ordered so we wouldn’t wast any food.

Very good service from the staff with frequent replacement of the grill. Some places don’t even offer to change the grill for an hour but this restaurant changed the grill every 15 mins or so. Food quality is decent and certainly good for the price. Atmosphere is very good with a mix of older and younger patrons. Note: Reservations are essential unless you like waiting a long time!

Great food, service and atmosphere! I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to deshell the shrimps for us! Their baby seat was comfortable too! My infant sat in it for over two hours and didn't complain. If it's your birthday month they have a "surprise" gift.

Wagyu ribeye steak here is surprisingly delicious. Can taste the distinctive flavour and good quality of the meat. Fresh ingredients were served and luxury seafood porridge taste great too. Service here is not as amazing as we expected it to be ( based on most of the reviews given ) Took sometime for us to get the attention of the staffs on duty.

We came to Umai Yakuniku at Guoan for dinner. The service is fantastic especially Shan Xin who gives good recommendations! She goes the extra mile of arranging the food before taking a group picture of us. Will strongly recommend ! Will definitely be back again

We received really good service from Staff 104. And the food (especially the beef, we got the A5 wagyu set) was so good. The beef was melt in your mouth soft and the pork was nice and not too porky. Also, the free flow chicken soup is 👍
