I needed a last minute doctor’s visit in my home, I’m disabled and getting anywhere in the city can be exhausting and dangerous for me. Dr.Primas was available for the very next day (I called late the evening before) and spent a good long time discussing my needs and a plan of action moving forward for me. He was kind and knowledgeable, thorough and professional. It was so easy and I am very very pleased with the treatment plan we made together. I finally felt truly *heard* by a doctor. Grateful I found this service and can fully recommend to anyone who wants an easy at-home option for a reasonable price. (I saw other at home visits for $2500+ and many that hide in the fine print that it’s actually a PA not an MD that they send to you.)

I saw Dr Primas whilst on trip to New York last year from Australia, and I have to say he was the most professional and truly caring doctor (which I find very hard to come by). I was there for one particular issue which he sorted straight away, but I had another symptom unrelated and he did a full assessment and took it very seriously, despite me not even thinking it was worth checking. I found that incredibly impressive and rare for a doctor to pay that much attention and care to a patient he might not ever see again (as I was only there for the week). I highly recommend Dr Primas to anyone who is looking for top quality care in New York.

Dr. Primas is simply amazing! On a biz trip to midtown this fall I got incredibly ill and he made the visit to my hotel at 11:30pm... His bedside manner was the best and I was treated like I was one of his A-list clients! A couple of follow-ups while I was still in town and then after I returned home, he made sure I was 100%. His # is now saved in my phone and reccos have gone out to my NYC based friends and those who travel there often. I wish he could be my primary!

Both my husband and I had covid in January. I got Dr Primas's name from a friend-my husband was very sick and I was desperate. Our PC was not returning our calls. Dr Primas, who is not cheap, but I really believe that he saved my husband's life..This is a doctor who makes house calls and was always available to speak to us. We got very lucky getting his name.

I had no idea what to do when I pulled a muscle during a gym session while in NYC for work. I was in immense pain and I asked at the front desk of my hotel who they recommend. The answer was Dr. Primas, and I could not be more grateful for his care. He was able to see me within a few hours and instantly made me feel like I had been his patient for years -- notable when he has never seen me before and may never again! -- with his inquisitive and kind manner. What tenured doctor do you know that says gently, "Sorry!" before giving you a shot? The trigger point therapy was painful, but it helped me immensely. Dr. Primas also recommended an acupuncturist, who was able to restore my range of motion within a few days. In addition, his staff members (Dana) were compassionate (helping me get my clothes on/off when I could not lift my arm) and made a follow-up call to ensure I was on the path to recovery. It was truly the best medical experience I have had in years and I am so grateful for the quality care. Thank you, Dr. Primas, for setting the bar so high -- I wish all medical professionals were like this!

Dr Primas was fantastic. Away from home and unsure of where to go, our hotel recommended Dr Primus. We called the surgery and we were seen straight away.
