Had a great experience with Nishat. Everything was done over the phone and via WhatsApp. I didn’t even need to go into the store. The owner was wonderful with pricing. We’ve been buying from Kunal Jewelers for over 20 years. My parents bought from them and now we do as well. They have the latest designs which keeps drawing us back. My package arrived securely and within one day.

I usually hesitate buying online but it was really easy and I picked my earrings up one week later. Representative Minu and Shammi was very helpful and nice. Shammi is the person who helped me and i must say she was so helpful and provided such great customer service. She took the time to explain any questions or concerns i had and was very quick in response through whatsapp or phone call. So I have been to their store 2 times They always post on Instagram that they having sale. Like recent one they posted July 4th sale and never mention it's only valid on certain pieces When you show up to the store they actually charge you much much higher rate! So when doing calculations it does not at up! That is not customer service Either mention in your post that price is valid only on certain pieces! They just want customer come to waste their time

Rude Service, unprofessional, poor performance attending customers I have been in that store three times in last 2 months and experienced the worst behaviour out of all gold stores in that same area. On my first visit I didn’t buy anything as they didn’t have my size for the ring I wanted to buy and the employees were taunting me saying, why would I waste there time if I wasn’t buying anything. On third visit I purchased something. On the second visit the behaviour of the manager was so disgusting that I had to leave the store. But I really loved that jewelry so I went back on the next morning and purchased my thing. Still she had her attitude, as if I went there to buy free stuffs. Rest of the employees were nice that day. Proof of my purchase is added. Never going back to that store again.

I was just walking by and saw this set through the window glass on display. Its so elegant and simple but has an awesome intricate design on it. I don’t like to have those little gold beads dangling from necklaces for fear of falling off so this set was perfect for me. They have really nice designs in bangles as well. If gold in general was not so expensive I would have bought more!

Very disappointed in their customer service. The old Bengali lady they had there was rushing us and was getting annoyed when we were asking to see the pieces. How do you expect us to buy anything and not even look at it properly. The old lady wanted us to buy expensive sets when we were more interested in less expensive ones. Then, on their instagram they always publicize how they have an installment program where you can get the item today and pay for it later. When we asked this lady about it she did not want us to give any more information on it at all. On their instagram, they are saying Diwali sale is 66.99 per gram but when you go into store they tell you 68. How does that make any sense?? Anyways I am really disappointed and will not be returning to this store ever.
