Blondery is the best! We purchased our wedding cake from them (a small cake for my husband and I to cut) and it was without a doubt the best cake I've ever had. We bought some of the scraps in the form of cake jars as well that have been fun to pop out of the freezer on special occasions since. I highly recommend visiting them in Peekskill!

A great addition to Peekskill! Blondies are tasty, though a bit small. The salted caramel pecan is my favorite - which surprised me since I’m not a pecan fan! Cookies are great and it’s always fun getting bags of trim.

This is a go-to place in Peekskill, NY if you’re looking for a locally based shop to satisfy your sweet tooth! You can tell that the staff love working there, the owner seems to be very involved with the day-to-day baking, and everything looks made in-house! We had the “S’mores” and the “Vegan Chocolate Chip” cookies! Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area!

My friend and I popped into Blondery today, totally expecting to see a traditional pastry shop. Wrong! We met the owner, super sweet, who told us a little about the business. We both ended up getting the s’mores ice cream sandwich and I am so glad we did. It was amazing!! The cookies were sooo tasty and the vanilla ice cream was bomb. We don’t live close by but we’ll definitely stop back in whenever we’re in town.

The BEST chocolate chip cookies, YUM! Love the bags of blondie trim (what a great idea!!). And my husband is a huge fan of the cake jar "experience". Particularly the Passion fruit jar. He will not stop talking about it haha.

Great new shop in the Peekskill area! I got a couple different boxes for a gift and they were incredible. Really delicious flavors and variety. Highly recommend stopping by. You can also order online to send to friends for gifts.

Life is tough, but try anything at Blondery and it'll take you to a better place, at least for a little while. Peekskill is lucky to have Auzerais and this beautiful vision for a bakery. If you're not in the area, there's lots to make it worth a day trip, starting with a Blondery-headquarters-only cookie, doughnut, or cinnamon roll, which are genuinely the best I've had in my entire life.

Blondery is my new Happy Place!!! It is a little pricey but sooo worth it!!! The donuts are amazing… and I love the fact that they have both Vegan and Non Vegan options… Welcome to Peekskill Blondery and Thank you for your delicious treats!!!!

Blondery has an amazing selection of flavors, even ones I didn't know possible! I was surprised by how amazing the sweet potato blondie was and our family favorite is the smores cookie. Definitely worth the prices and the small blondies pack a lot so don't worry about the sizes!

Dang good! Stopped by today and bought a small box of assorted blondies. Now, I worked in the food industry for a decade, and have eaten a ton of desserts. This place is something special. The texture of the blondies is perfect and the flavors are excellent and diverse. Ingredients seem top notch, and the core values of the business are on point. I can’t wait to try some more of the menu items on my next visit!
