My experience at the studio was out of this world. Joe scheduled my appointment and was very professional and easing going. He made it very accommodating for me to come in the same night. When I arrived. I was greeted by Joe by my first name which I thought was impeccable and he thoroughly explained the step to step process of a first-timer at the studio. I then met Katie who was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel at home and comfortable that I was going to enjoy my first session. When asking about the additional creams and lotions available, she was very knowledgeable of the products and gave her true opinion and highly recommended to try and purchase a sample first. Prior to my visit, I had signed up for the founding member rates and as a marketer, I was completely impressed with the campaign set for that allowed me to emotionally schedule my first appointment. The individual sauna rooms are quite the experience from a person who works a 70 plus hour work week. I thought this was the perfect health and wellness activity to help me learn how to meditate and with the tools Joe sent me up for in the room for the first time in 10 years I was able to be physically and mentally present I signed up for a 4-month package and looking forward to enjoying each session moving forward! The studio is beautiful! The staff was warm and welcoming. I came in with my daughter. James gave us a tour and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought the sweet sweat and it worked great. They have a refrigerator with raw juices and water for sale. My daughter bought a juice and it was delicious after her sauna session. The saunas are roomy, immaculately clean and comfortable. The tv has so many selections to choose from. I love that you can adjust the temperature and lights. They provide plenty of towels as well as a cool eucalyptus towel for afterwards which really topped off a great experience! Highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy all the amazing heath benefits of red light saunas and 40 minutes of pure peace!

Absolutely love Perspire! I started at 4x a month and within a week I upgraded to unlimited. There are so many amazing benefits and definitely the best health and self care investment I’ve made. Everyone there is so incredibly nice and knowledgeable and truly want to give you the best experience. I have personally experienced the benefits of weight loss, immunity, decrease in inflammation, my skin is glowing, better sleep and overall I feel so much better. I could not recommend this place enough! It’s a little piece of paradise in Wyckoff!

Having just finished a session at Perspire Sauna Studio in Wyckoff I can say without a doubt that it is a relaxing way to spend your time. Aside from the medical benefits received from the infrared lights and the heat, I was able to watch TV in peace in a completely serene setting. I recommend it for anyone looking to disconnect and get away from the world for a while.

Can honestly say this is one of the best investments in my health I have made. In the course of a week, I went from the trial to the 8x a month to unlimited. The place is spotless and the staff is so helpful. I felt immediate relief in those arthritis affected inflamed areas. I walk out feeling clean, refreshed and walking more upright than when I walk in.

Perspire is a great place to get 40 minutes of uninterrupted “me” time to either relax and meditate or stream a game or show while detoxing too many drinks from the night before or recovering from a tough workout or jiujitsu training. I enjoy the passive aerobic that gets my heart rate pumping and the 200+ calories I burn while sweating and watching TV in the 160 degree sauna! Very clean place and awesome staff. Love the Mermaid Lemonade and boss tonic shot!
