Beautiful FBO. Very friendly staff but at the end of the day the absolute worst customer service in the industry. The plane is NEVER out and ready on time. Packages are consistently lost or misplaced. Employees blow off meetings with zero communication. So frustrating. I guess business is so good they don't need to fix anything.

Very helpful and professional staff. The CBP officer who cleared our flight was very professional and friendly. Our Falcon was charged $642.50 to be on their ramp long enough to clear US Customs. That seemed a bit high.

US Customs on site,attentive staff, amenities are a plenty, both for passengers and crew.

This place definitely set the standard in service. We were doing an Angel flight mission and since we didn't have certain equipments on board, hot starting the props were very difficult during the cold weather in December. They offered us their hanger space free of charge so we can have the plane heated and all of its employees were very friendly and accomodating. The facilities are nice and rental cars are avaiable.

FBO with a lot of line personnel. They are never around when you need them. Bad service is consistent. Have to ask for things usually twice, sometimes three times. It’s rare I have a good experience here. I’m here often
