I'm impressed how big this museum is!! Not well organized to get in.. even with you're reservations you still need to wait a long line cause they keep trying to upgrade you're tickets

It was so impressed to see a lot of photos about the first human kind that land on the Moon, they have a big gallery of the moon landing record history photo gallery.

First time ever going to the museum. I spent hours there. It was a blast. Here, you can see anything from up in outer space, to the depths of the ocean floor, and everything in between. If you get hungry, check out the food cafeteria they got. It'll remind you of school days. COVID protocols were in place. Take the family, or don't. It's fun and informative for all ages. I'll return some day.

Wonderful and educational with helpful staff and accessible! Also recommend downloading their app which has an interactive map that will guide you around the museum! Take the time when you buy your ticket to go on their website and also book some of the amazing exhibits that they have that are timed before you go.

So I had to come back and relive the Apollo moon missions. The rover technology fascinated me the most. Its already such a hostile environment, but to have a rover to drive around in sounds beyond brave. I can't wait to see Artemis astronauts embark on the next generation or Moon exploration. Ill be glued to my hand terminal.

This place is amazing on so many levels! It's a must go to spot once in your life thing. I would have to write alot to explain all about this place so I'll give you the short version, parking is extremely hard to find because of course, you're in New York city! There is parking under the building and you have to obviously pay for it or you might get lucky on one of the streets. And it's a little walk to get Inside so put good walking shoes on because you're going to get your steps in here lol there is a new Shark exhibit and it's really cool! But it's a little room that's fast to go through. The gems and minerals part is literally out of this world and more beauty then can ever imagine! The Dino exhibit is amazing to see these huge skeletons of what was long ago! And much much more! There are elevators and stairs you can take. Bathrooms everywhere and food and drinks and gift shops! Everything you do at the end has a gift shop, before you leave the museum that gift shop has everything all the others have, so don't load up on the way and have to carry all that stuff around with you all day! Bring a backpack that helps, and they will search it before entering! As well as walking through a metal detector. They are still requesting you ware a mask and will give you one if forgotten for free. People from all over the world come here every day. That says it all. So be safe and have a great time at one of our very best museums of New York city!

I was disappointed with the size of the Africa exhibition. Africa is a huge continent and it was given very little space and attention. The lines were horrendous and the museum was incredibly crowded. I will have to return on a weekday so that I can spend more time here.

I was asonished on how large this place was and how much information was available. It also was not expensive for what you get. Even free if you want until the last hour or at least when I was there. I was excited to just run around and be a kid again while trying to understand the beautiful universe and solar system as we know it. Please bring your kids and hopefully it inspired them to search the stars.

Fun activity for the whole family. We spent the whole day and yet we didn't get to see everything.

One of the coolest experience here is that you can measure your weight on all different planets of our solar system.

Still fun for the kiddos and parents. Especially for the trip state area residents (pay what you want) otherwise it's 20 plus per person.

The planetarium show here is great! The pre- video in the waiting room is short and on a loop, so don't come too much before your ticket time.

Always a pleasure when I come to this place. I learned about the amazing creative power that our God has and how his mind is infinite. The walk along the cosmic pathway takes your breath away and makes you realize how small you are in the grand scheme of things, yet how important you are in the eyes of God. This is a great place to come to be reminded of how amazing our God is!

It was a great experience within the museum. We watched a short movie narrated by Liam Neeson about space.

If you are visiting NYC and it's a rainy day visit the museum, if there is a special event at the planetarium I highly recommend booking it.

Exhibits were great. The crowd, not so much. They're at half capacity for the pandemic, but its still pretty crowded. Could barely keep the recommended 6 ft distance. Full capacity must be insane.

Great place to spend the afternoon and learn about space and the earth itself. Nice exhibit on volcanos and earthquakes and other earth geological items. The planetarium had a pretty interesting show but that is an extra cost.

We visited the museum on April 9, 2021. It was great to be out of the house doing some thing normal during covid. The exhibits are extraordinary. It's important to plan ahead because we were there for 3 hours so we were hungry and tired. The only problem is social distancing were not strickly followed. I think people were just happy to be out of the house. Parking was very expensive but to be expected in Manhattan. Overall it was great and highly recommended.
