Just moved to a new home in Monroe, CT and needed all new gym equipment for our new gym room. Because it did not pay to move old equipment, Roberto was so helpful by helping us out with the moving process. Today shopping, at the Norwalk location, Tony was great and helped us out with choosing the right treadmill and weight tray. We are repeat customers and love this company and the wonderful advice and service that we get from each of them. I will not go anywhere else to shop for my equipment. As we are just starting to complete our gym we will be coming back to Tony and Roberto for good advice for the next machines to complete our fitness room. Fitness Showrooms has provided great expertise, products, design, and advice to our family for almost 10 years. They have outfitted our entire gym for my family and all 6 of us get good use out of each piece of equipment. They are a pleasure to work with, recommend equipment based off of what works best for the space, who is going to use it, and for the customer’s best interest in mind. I was responsible for redoing the entire workout room in a residential building. I headed to the Fitness Showroom of CT. I knew nothing about it I just wanted to look around to get some ideas about equipment and prices. I could not believe my luck when I started talking to Tony. He knew exactly what I needed and what best suited the needs of the building. HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. He even suggested paint colors for the room and border. The service was impecable! After the room was painted Tony recommend Nick to install the floors. The job was done promptly and the result was espectacular. When this was completed I was concerned that with shipment issues it would take forever to get the equipment. I was wrong… It was delivered 1week later ahead of schedule. The day before Thanksgiving the installation person was there until 8:30 pm. Making sure everything was ready. I could not believe it! Tony and Nick kept in touch with me throughout the whole process giving me constant updates. The equipment is top quality, the customer service is impecable and I cannot say enough good things about Tony and Nick. I would not have been able to complete the project without them. THANk YOU BOTH! I recommend Fitness Showrooms of Connecticut. I have become their lifetime customer!!!

Tony the owner was excellent to work with. They have a good selection of equipment and treadmills which is what I purchased. The installation and removal of my old tread was great. Tony was very responsive to any questions and the whole process was smooth. His prices are competitive and his warranty is excellent.

Tony was very knowledgeable about the products and super helpful in getting me setup on a Cybex Arc Trainer which is a great, low impact product for those with injuries and gets a bit more range of motion vs traditional ellipticals. They had the product in stock and delivery was timely and easy. Tony provided a fair price and threw in some extras. Definitely recommend these guys for any/all home gym needs.

If you are going to buy fitness equipment this is the place to go! We were looking for a commercial grade treadmill and stopped in. Tony is one of the most knowledgeable people out there. He took the time to explain all the machines and options. He wasn't looking to sell a particular treadmill, but was focused on what was right for our needs. Great customer service and very professional. Rob was extremely helpful when making our decision on which machine to get and the buying process was very easy. The delivery service was great. Paul contacted us soon after the purchase to set up a time slot to install the machine and texted 15 minutes before they arrived. Overall it was a great experience.

Tony helped me find a treadmill within my budget and enthusiastically educated me on the differences between big box brands and specialty manufacturers. I left the store feeling that I got great service, value with a great price on a well built treadmill , and future support if there are any issues. I don’t think I will ever purchase big brand fitness equipment again. They are also removing my old heavy treadmill for $50. I can sleep at night not paying more to do that. If you are in the market for any cardio or strength equipment, it would be a mistake not to check out the showroom.

Came into this store and was so pleased and impressed with the service and inventory they carried. Tony helped me and he was so wonderful to work with. He was incredibly knowledgable of the various equipment models I was considering, patient and thorough answering all my questions, and genuinely helped me pick out the perfect piece of equipment that best fit my needs and wants. I could not imagine buying exercise equipment online without the opportunity to test out the equipment. Our salesman was terrific--extremely knowledgeable, explaining about the various treadmill options and their pros and cons and also knowledgeable about the 25+-year-old model that we were replacing. He was also patient, as I went back and forth between machines to be sure of my preference. AND he didn't push the most expensive models, instead (rightly!) focused on the best model for my family's usage. Psyched that it will be delivered in a week and that they will take away the old one. This is our second purchase at this store and we continue to be very satisfied customers.

So glad I found these guys. I gave up my equinox membership during covid and decided to build a home gym. I tried researching equipment online but didn’t want to end up with something that wasn’t enjoyable to use. I found the Fitness Showrooms Norwalk store on Google. They have a wide assortment of equipment. I wanted a trainer that felt like a commercial unit. Tony was super knowledgeable and patient and helped me find one that works great and best fit our awkward size space (and appeals to my wife’s eye for detail). The model I liked the most had a long delivery time so Tony gave me a great deal on a floor model. He made sure I had all the accessories we would need and threw in bonus suspension straps. Fitness Showrooms’ delivery team came yesterday and installed the machine (in only 1 week and at no charge!). It works perfectly and I’m super happy with it. I wanted to start working out right away so Tony even gave me a very nice weight bench to use until my new bench arrives. He also helped us pick out rubber flooring and connected me to a fantastic installer who installed our gym floor in just a few days from when I called. After 3 years of talking about it, we finally got the home gym we wanted, at a lower price than expected and in about a week from walking into the store. I had a terrific experience with Fitness Showrooms and highly recommend them.

Great place for real advice on gym equipment. Tony helped us with our home gym ideas from start to finish. Tony is very knowledgeable on all gym equipment and work out technology(apps). We purchased the Hudson steel workout power rack and the delivery and install team were great with scheduling and install and helping us with choosing the best install location in our home gym. They were very courteous and professional. We are now purchasing the fan bike and some additional weights. Recently relocated to this area, and was in need of all manner of gym equipment. Internet and reviews led me to Fitness Showrooms in Norwalk, and to Tony. I was not disappointed. Tony id a great guy, super knowledgeable and helpful. He set me up with exactly what i needed, and some fantastic upgrades/add-ons i hadn’t considered. His installation team was terrific as well. I went into the store with my mom and Tony helped out us. He was very knowledgeable and truthful about what would be best for my mom. My mother had total knee replacement surgery done on her right knee in July 2022 and will have the same surgical procedure done on her left next in 2023. We were looking for a great exercise bike for her to work her upper and lower body. With Tony's help, we picked out the perfect bike for her to use in the Winter, but also in the Spring and Summer when it rains. I, myself will be using this bike as well. With regards to the delivery and set up, it was timely and Paul, who assembled the bike was very personable. He told me he would have it assembled in 30 minutes and that is how much time it took him to assemble the bike. He went through all the features and handed me the instruction book that came with it. Paul assembled it in our basement and it looks great! My mother and I will enjoy using it for our workouts. Thank you Tony and Paul!

We were looking to upgrade our universal gym we bought 22 years ago. Tony A. was very good at understanding our needs and then offering the pros and cons to each gym we were looking at. We ended up getting the Inspire FT2 gym with bench and it was a great decision! We also had Nic's Gym Flooring install our rubber mats and he was fantastic too.
