Buyers, please be very careful, I have been overcharged at this Costco for items I didn’t buy. And no surprise they were the higher priced items on my bill. When I called Costco and talked to their staff, they did not seem very surprised by it which causes me another reason to be concerned. Is this normal for them to do? I have had similar issues at Century 21 previously where the cashiers were charging additional items. I am not one of those who pays as close attention to my receipts but something made me question this particular time given the amount. If it’s happening to me, I am fairly sure it’s happening to others. Please be careful. If cashiers are creating a distraction or creating a chaos (which is what happened in my case), it’s likely something is fishy. In my case, an aggressive lady tried selling me upgraded membership and this is the shenanigan they pulled in the meantime. This is straight away robbery from customers and there should be consequences for staff who are overbilling.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would! The customer service was beyond awful. I needed help carrying packs of 6 gallon waters, so I went to the front and they said to ask for help from someone in the back. When I asked the person there, he responded with a terrible attitude and looked bothered that I asked in the first place. Furthermore, when placing the water in the cart, he wasn’t gentle. It was so aggressive that one of the bottles had formed a hole from the impact. That created an inconvenience of adding an extra trip to return the water. When at merchandise returns, the ladies at the register were holding up the line by discussing their personal business at the front desk. When it was my turn at the desk, the lady was busy talking with her coworker rather than properly explaining what I needed to do for the return. She was busy talking about her personal life rather than getting her job done. Point being, everyone here was rude (other than the new guy who helped put our water in our car).

Your round of the mill Costco warehouse. This location has an attached Costco gas station and is part of a strip mall with Walmart and lots other store so it tends to be much busier than other locations. The warehouse is well organized and is pretty clean. Most items are well stocked and they have self checkout counters. Wish they had mobile scan and checkout like Sam’s Club which is so much more convenient. Their food court has ordering kiosk we’re you order and then bring you ticket to the window for pickup. Their hotdog and drink deal for $1.99 is great value.

Do not buy Computers, Notebooks, or Desktops from Costco. As of March 7, 2022, I purchased HP 23.8 inch All-in-one Desktop PC $699.99 plus tax. As of June 6, 2023, screen of desktop malfunctioned and cannot use it. It looks like some problem in video card inside of the desktop. Because this desktop is an all-in-one style, it’s not possible to open the machine and change the video card. I brought the desktop to Costco Teterboro where I purchased it. A customer service representative just hand me over a brochure, and informed me that the refundable period been ended by June 7, 2022. Please do not buy any Tech products from Costco. You’ll not get any after service after 3 month from the purchase date. Also don’t buy HP all-in-one model desktop, it’s malfunctioning just 1 year usage. It’s not worth it.

Great place for bulk shopping, although you need a membership to actually come in and buy stuff. Their gas is the cheapest in the area and you don’t need membership for it. Stock changes all the time and they often have cute kids clothes and adult clothes and shoes that are good quality and decent prices. Some days they have samples they give out as well. Downside is that weekends are really busy and parking is hard, and long lines at checkout. Also be prepared for the bulk package so if you don’t have storage space may not be for you.

Yes, they have good prices, but you better have the correct ID and have it out and have it ready and don't use your wife's id if she's in the car because they're going to give you a hard time. And come on guys... Christmas trees in mid-August? F A I L !

Costco’s never disappoint! This was a large warehouse that had a separate store for liquor purchases so don’t expect to see a wine section inside. The selection of items were quite impressive from fresh sushi, ready made foods, to sandals and throws. I felt that this was overly stocked with snacks though, instead of toys or electronics. Overall, it’s a very busy location with difficulty finding parking on a Sunday afternoon, so be prepared to walk a bit. As for the liquor options, lots of tequila and vodkas, including some premium at prices quite high than other Costco’s in different states that I’ve found.

My local Costco store. Built a few years ago, this Costco is clean, well-stocked, and has friendly helpful employees. It’s usually busy almost any time you go, but the lines do move quickly. They have a separate line for self-checkout, which is primarily there for quicker checkouts and smaller quantities. The addition of the self-checkout has made things easier and faster for me, as I don’t always have a full cart. Makes things easier when I only have a few items to buy.

A NJ Costco Warehouse with attended/serviced gas station. The wine/liquor store attached to the warehouse is not part of Costco and does not have Kirkland Signature products.

Great store! Very convenient location right off the highway. Prices are great, great food options for lunch and dinner if you do any late grocery shopping, all of it tastes good. Gas prices are also a huge benefit to the location cause of their everyday low prices compared to other gas stations. Only downside is the traffic in and out of both the parking lot and the building. But that just goes to show how popular this business is!

Costco, what else is there to say. Particularly enjoy the fact that they carry new items regularly. These days, truffles! Their computer area also has a fine selection of PCs and Mac. Would love to see soon some Linux laptops.

Was in the store for less than ten minutes, during a rainy day. I didn't step away from my cart for more than seven feet and some low life took my umbrella. I went to customer service and was directed to a manager named Tatiana. After I told her my story, I asked if we could take a look at the cameras and see who the low life was, that took my umbrella. Not only did she tell me that she couldn't, but she also stated that their cameras did not have high enough pixels to see anything. Take this as a warning, Costco is a free-for-all, for all thieves. Costco will not help you, at all.

Love love love Costco! This is not a complaint about the staff, the store or the products, that's why they get 5 stars. But that location gets WAY too much customer traffic. It's insanity on a Saturday. Hit it mid week when it's quieter. Avoid it like the plague on a weekend.

I've been a Costco customer for almost 30 years, since they first opened in Hackensack. Good quality and value. Return policy is fair; let's you try things like clothing for fitting or suitability. Weekends are too busy.

Store is typical Costco, which I s fine but parking is consistently the worst I have ever seen in a shopping NJ center. Unless you get here early, be prepared to spend as much time as 30 minutes to simply find parking.

Products are good to an extent but it's honestly not worth the visit. Went to go buy strawberries but every package had some amount of mold growing. The garlic had also been beginning to rot. On top of everything, this place gets so full of people that you can barely walk around without bumping into people. Lastly, the part that had me most frustrated was that they ONLY take VISA and DEBIT. I went to pay with my CREDIT CARD because I didn't want to use my debit card and as I was passing the card on the machine, it got DENIED. I don't understand how such a large store like this one, can deny customers their desired form of payment. When getting the membership, this is something that customers should be notified of before hand. What would have happened if I didn't bring my debit card? I would have probably had to go back after 2 HOURS of shopping, to put EVERYTHING BACK. Its completely humiliating and frustrating.

You know Costco and it's great prices. Be prepared to deal with frantic shoppers pushing thru with their carts. I'm still trying to find a calmer day to go. Don't go on a Friday. Maybe mid afternoon. Not when they first open.

I should have written this review two months ago. This review is for Costco Optical at Teterboro. Since last year, we started to order contact lens for our kid, to make him convenient to play soccer . This year, it's our mistake that we forgot to order on time. When we realized that, it's very close to our kid's next big ID camp. We were told by Costco Optical that it might not be ready before we left for the ID camp in MA. The optical department manager James told us that he will give it a try and asked us to go back the day before our departure. On that day we went back, James told us that our order was still on the way after a long time search on his storage closet. He read our kid's nervous face. James suggested us to talk with Dr. Fox to borrow some try-on pairs; Dr. Fox is an onsite optometrist who gave us the vision prescription. Unfortunately, it's Monday and Dr. Fox closed his office on Mondays. James immediately realized the situation, and called Dr. Fox what happened. Very luckily, Dr. Fox let James opened the office door using backup key and picked up FIVE pairs of contact lens for our kid. What a great help! Let our kid saw soccer balls clearly on his ID camp in MA. Many thanks to Costco Optical, James, and Dr. Fox.

Good spot as with any Costco parking is tough. It’s in a plaza with a Walmart, Texas Roadhouse and many other stores. The store itself is well laid out, even when congested you can get everywhere and not need to double back. The checkout lines aren’t awful but not easy either. They have a gas station and food area, and I had to score a $1.50 hot and Pepsi.

Always very busy but always well stocked! I appreciate that memberships are being checked at the time of checkout. I mean, it doesn't matter to me if you have a membership or not, but at the same time, if I have to pay for a membership, you should too!

1215pm on a Thursday the place was a madhouse. Parking lot full even for the handicap parking. Extraordinarily busy. We ordered a pizza and it was done fast considering. Hot dog toppings are limited to mustard, ketsup & relish. The Kirkland dogs are made with 100% USDA-inspected beef and contain no fillers, byproducts, or corn syrup. Good for a quick lunch. $9.99 for a 6 slice pie and $1.50 for the dog and unlimited refill soda.

This Costco Wholesale is completely like the ones in Clifton, NJ and Wayne, NJ. The products are the same as the ones in the other two stores. The structure looks a little different from the other two stores, but it has a good location off Route 46 and close to the Teterboro Airport.

The Costco price is unbeatable. And as soon as you go in, the rep greets you which makes you very welcomed. The selection of food are so broad and new items are added every week. They also accept EBT.

Great place to fill my pantry closet with non expiring goods. But also good with fresh fruit and vegetables (strawberries & celery). There return policy is great if the clothing appeal doesn’t fit me me right.

I love shopping at Costco. I love pizza, it's the best. But lately, I have been overshadowed by the fact that cheese and pepper have to be asked for, but it is not available.

First time here and it took nearly 3 hours to have my tires replaced. While the service crew were friendly in the back - I found out when i got home that there was a loose nut in each one of my tires (I was able to twist them with my hand). Make sure to check their work before leaving the shop.

This is one of the best Costco’s around. You will always find whatever your local Costco doesn’t have. I live in NY but I come to NJ just because I know I’ll find what I need here. PSA: parking is a nightmare here! No matter what time you come, you will be driving around for a while to find parking spot.

🫤 I do not recommend this Walmart. Almost every isle is empty. They do not stock! I thought the pictures on the reviews were over exaggerating but no! It’s true! Will not be returning to this Walmart! I took a few to show. Also the service from employees were not great. Instead of an excuse me, they l...
