The
coffee
is
very
good
(the
best
part).
I
do
LOVE
the
sandwich
I
get.
I
do
think
the
prices
are
a
bit
high.
Roughly
$25
for
two
20oz
mocha&latte
and
1
sandwich
which
I
do
think
is
a
bit
steep.
I
really
try
to
support
local
small
businesses
as
much
as
possible,
so
I
do
understand
it's
difficult
to
be
competitive
with
big
chains.
I
have
always
had
a
great
experience
with
the
staff
they
are
not
super
bubbly,
but
they
always
give
me
a
smile
and
are
very
kind
and
thorough
with
repeating
orders
back.
The
owner
on
the
other
hand,
he
can
be
a
bit
much.
It
was
very
busy
one
morning,
and
the
woman
working
was
doing
her
best
keeping
up
(stressed,
but
handling
it
well).
He
walks
in
and
says
"would
you
like
some
help?"
She
didn't
respond
because
she
was
busy,
and
he
asked
her
again
kind
of
rudely...
I'm
like?...
You
CLEARLY
see
there
is
a
line
out
the
door
and
you
want
verbal
confirmation
that
she
needs
help?!
Yeah...
I
think
she
would
appreciate
the
help!...
She
responded
"yes",
then
he
walked
out!
He
went
to
go
grab
something
from
his
car.
What
was
the
point
of
asking,
then
clarifying
she
wanted
help...
just
to
walk
away?!
Maybe
he
thought
she
"had
it",
but
it
seemed
more
like
a
controlling
thing
to
me?
The
line
was
pretty
long.
On
another
occasion
I
overheard
him
correcting
patrons
several
times
while
ordering.
I
don't
need
a
"coffee
lesson",
I
don't
care
that
a
latte
"doesn't
have
whipped
cream",
I
just
don't
want
it
on
there.
My
boyfriend
is
vegan
and
SEVERELY
lactose
intolerant,
so
I'd
rather
just
emphasize
"no
whip"
to
be
sure.
I
can
100%
understand
being
passionate
about
coffee,
and
the
"education"
is
meant
to
benefit
the
customer
and
help
with
order
accuracy.
However,
it
comes
off
as
rude
and
pretentious
in
MY
opinion.
Also,
to
me...
the
energy
shifts
as
soon
as
he
walks
in
the
door.
The
workers
definatley
seem
less
comfortable
when
he
is
there.
My
dad
specifically
refuses
to
go
here
because
he
thinks
the
owner
is
a
"jerk".
I'd
rather
just
share
my
direct
observations.
I
do
think
he
believes
he
is
just
trying
to
do
the
best
for
staff
and
customers...
but
he
does
come
off
"prickly".
I
will
still
come
because
1.
I
want
to
support
small
business,
2.
The
coffee
and
sandwich
is
good.
However,
it
does
make
me
think
twice
coming
here.
Also,
there
are
NO
specific
vegan
options.
The
owner/staff
is
clear
that
they
are
unsure,
which
I
very
much
appreciate.
I'd
rather
him
say
he's
not
sure
than
bring
something
home
that
makes
my
boyfriend
very
sick.
However,
it
would
be
nice
that
at
least
ONE
thing
be
KNOWINGLY
vegan
there.
Most
coffee
shops
now
have
at
least
one
vegan
food
option.
We
always
have
to
make
2
stops
because
there
is
nothing
my
boyfriend
can
eat
there
and
"the
chew"
(vegan
resturant
across
the
street)
doesn't
open
until
11am.
