I am really impressed with the Customer Service and cleanliness of this location. Starbucks can be so “hit or miss” when it comes to Customer Service, so I usually purchase gas station coffee. I barely had enough money for a small coffee this morning and the Barista was so nice while I’m counting change. I’ve sat in here for over an hour now, and Every Single Person has left happy- As if they’ve known the Barista’s forever! One customer told the Barista “Bye, I love You!”. This made my day! We need more kindness in the world- This type of kindness; where strangers become friends you love like family. It takes 1 smile to change someone’s day; Just one act of kindness can save a life. Thank you to these Baristas, You guys are the real MVP’s !!

Great, friendly staff. Great, quivk, accurate service! Not a whole lot of indoor space to sit. Ample room and tables outside, shaded and non-shaded. It's California..... Plenty of Sun to go around!!! 😁

Small but plenty of spunk. Employees seem to know their usual customers. Very friendly and make delicious coffees. I am super picky with my coffee so it was a pleasure to have come in for my first time and the Frappuccino I ordered was perfect in flavors. Thank you

Really friendly service at this Starbucks! We stop here during our Costco run each week and enjoy sitting outside. Ken Sarna recommends the Starbucks in Cordelia.

The lady said they were out of what I wanted. So ordered regular lattes. What she gave us tasted like old decaffeinated coffee not espresso. The order & wait time took much longer than it should. Just skip this Starbucks inside Safeway and go to an actual cafe where the employees know what they’re doing.

Horrible ! Went there today and now I know why I won't be coming back anytime soon. First and foremost it's filthy, the floors, debris everywhere, counters and front of the counters need to be wiped down, out of my first 2 choices of beverage again. Also they continue to make a very poor coffee frappuccino, mostly ice. Very poorly run by management. I live right by there but I'll drive farther if need be.

the manager and staff knocked it out of the park for me this morning. I needed some breakfast goodies and coffee for out of town executives at 5am. they went above and beyond to make it happen. thank you so much

My drink was ready when I arrived. I really appreciate being able to order ahead of time on the app. The staff inside the store were friendly. They greeted me upon my arrival. I will definitely be back again.
