Let

start
out
by
saying
I’ve
NEVER
had
anything
negative
to
say
about
this
place
BUT
this
time
was
completely
different.
Our
server
was
excellent
and
accommodating
even
tho
there
was
a
given
hour
wait
on
pizzas.
We
ordered
fried
and
wings
first
which
came
out
fast
and
were
DELICIOUS.
Then
we
ordered
a
12”
pizza
with
giardiniera
(our
usual)
…
the
toppings
were
piled
on
the
pizza
(excessive
amounts)
and
when
we
took
a
bite
it
was
sooooooo
spicy!
We
started
picking
off
the
giardiniera
off
two
pieces
and
it
was
about
1/4
-
1/2
a
cup
on
just
2
pieces!!
The
manager
came
out
and
said
there’s
a
set
amount
they
put
on
and
I
said
there’s
NO
WAY
that’s
normal
.
Even
out
waiter
said
he’s
never
seen
that
much
on
a
pizza
.
She
said
to
get
a
replacement
we
would
have
to
pay
50%
of
the
one
we
couldn’t
eat
and
pay
full
price
for
a
new
one.
This
is
HORRIBLE
customer
service.
If
YOU
make
a
mistake
YOU
fix
it
,
not
have
the
customer
pay
for
it
.
I’ve
never
in
my
10
years
of
food
service
experience
ever
heard
of
such
a
thing.
We
took
home
a
pizza
we
couldn’t
even
eat.
That’s
unacceptable.
Not
to
mention
we
couldn’t
wait
another
45
mins
for
a
replacement
because
I
had
my
baby
with
me
and
she
was
over
it
.
Next
a
time
a
customer
shows
you
your
staff
is
in
the
wrong
,
you
should
rectify
the
situation
and
not
have
the
customer
walk
away
with
a
bad
taste
in
their
mouth.
