This is one of my favorite locations to get coffee they always get my order right which makes me very happy. Unfortunately today that was not the case.I’m honestly very disappointed The first photo is when I realized my coffee was under portion and covered up with whipped cream. The second photo is after the whip cream melted. I pay for the quality and the service of the coffee that’s why I don’t mind paying the six dollars that I do but today I definitely do mind .

Jaylen at the register was the NICEST !!!! he recommended a new drink and it was so good, and he was just so nice and personable. GIVE HIM A RAISE !!

Always a clean space when I come in. Staff is always so bright and polite and drinks come out quite fast

If you wanna sit and wait for your order for an hour go here. Drive thru and in person sucks

Don’t order you drink in-person! You’ll sit there an watch them serve 12 drive-thru customers first, 6 online orders next, then finally make your drink 15 minutes later. When I asked why did it take so long when I’m seeing car after car get serviced before me, the barista said “It is what it is”. 👎 Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless it’s in the drive thru only

I was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. She took the cup, a bystander customer went to get me napkins and I was able to control the situation. The servers need to be retrained and told not to be so rude.

I didn't catch the girls name in the window but she was so friendly and welcoming!

Service great. Interior was very loud. Hard to have a conversation indoors.went out on patio to talk.

Drive thru is slow but it’s expected so it what it is. Be patient or go somewhere else. Sara(h) is awesome! She’s so personable and always has a smile!

1st. It's Starbucks, so I don't visit too often because, well spending $20 for 2 beverages isn't my favorite thing. But with that being said, I may have developed a secret addiction to the caramel crunch frappacino. And honestly all of the baristas at this location are phenomenal. So nice and energetic. Their energy (almost) makes it worth the trip alone.

Nice staff. Good old reliable Starbucks coffee. One star subtracted for the cold uncomfortable set up of the store. Concrete floors and equally hard chairs to sit on. Starbucks definitely doesn’t want anyone to get too comfortable here.

Loveeee the pistachio frappe.. I always feel welcome here and everyone is so nice..makes me want to gon there rn

I was just in the Starbucks by Home Depot my son order a venti strawberry lemonade the employees gave it to the wrong person customer brought it back and employee just switch cup and try it to give it to my son after the customer just brought it back and was drinking it. Disgusting

Ordered the Sunflower 🌻 tiktok drink! The batista was friendly and knew exactly what I wanted! The drink was amazing by the way! I would definitely recommend! Also loved that it's Vegan friendly 🌿

Very friendly, great customer service! Was sitting inside and they gave me a piece of a brownie for free! Been here twice and have been a great experience both times will definitely be coming back!

Every time I order here my food and drinks are accurate and the staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Today my muffin and coffee taste better than normal so you know today is going to be a great day! Shoutout to this amazing staff!
