I opted to get the luxury Brazilian, which I highly recommend when you’re having a “treat yourself” moment. The jelly mask was so soothing (which I would highly recommend for anyone with ingrowns), and I appreciate that the business owner, Lia, used both hard and soft wax. Her technique is amazing, and she is so knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and welcomed during my appointment, the booking process was seamless, and Lia’s space is so clean and chic. I just moved back to the Lake County area after being gone for 7 years. It was the best waxing experience that I have ever had. I got my brows, chin, and lip waxed. It was painless! Lia was so professional and talked to me the whole time and we had great conversations! I also suffer from vertigo and she made sure I was comfortable and raised the bed slowly and let me take my time getting up. I already have another appointment in 3 weeks. I was suuuper nervous coming here because it was my first time getting any kind of waxing done, and I usually have bad anxiety going to new places. But the owner, Lia, was so incredibly nice and professional that I relaxed right away! The service was fast too, she was done with the wax before I realized it, so I was pretty much in and out.
