Never did it come to my mind that my 11 month old daughter would be denied care at an urgent care center because we don’t have health insurance. I understand that this is a private clinic, and that they have their own rules. But we were denied care simply because we didn’t have insurance. We stated that we would have no problems paying out of pocket but we were still denied.

This was my first time visiting Ortho Illinois and I was extremely impressed! Very clean, very friendly & professional staff, efficiently moved us from reception to the waiting area (2 minutes!) and the doctor was most amazing to help diagnose my daughters concussion! Dr. Raju was so smart and down to earth! Great bedside manner and explained everything so well with great patience and kindness! I would recommend him to anybody with very high regard!

Very good service. Seen immediately! Staff were wonderful! Ortho Illinois is the place to go...everything under one roof...x-rays, MRI, doctors, PT. I've been very impressed! Dr. Raju explained everything very clearly. He has a calming demeanor! I was fortunate to see him that day!

Starting with the receptionist to the Medical assistant to the radiologist to the doctor – very personable explained everything kind looked you in the eye and were not rushed-A+ plus rating.

Despite having severe hip pain, this visit was amazing. I was treated with respect everyone was so nice. I was also in and out in 40 minutes which is unheard of in the urgent care world. Highly recommend.

Efficient, knowledgeable and short wait time. So glad we came for a 2nd opinion after an ER visit. Dr. Raju was definitely more thorough and compassionate about getting my daughter back to healing so she can get back to her sport. I was able to make a walk-in reservation online same day, highly recommend rather than going to hospital ER.

He didn’t rush you like some ER doctors do. He listened to all my concerns and explained everything I needed to know and even walked me through the X-Ray, even though the waiting room was full!! Great bedside manners.

Dr. Raju has been treating my family for years he's the best. He takes his time explains what's going on thoroughly and all the treatment options, then tells you what he thinks is best. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
