The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very nice, cheerful, professional, and caring. The rooms are a little smaller compared to the other Extended Stays, but they are much more cleaner, cozier, and cheerful. The only downside is that they don't accept pets. They should accept pets for a small deposit. Housekeeping is once a week due to Covid, but they are exceptional. Towels and tissue are only given once at checkin, so be sure to bring your own. You need to provide your own cooking utensils. The rooms are a bit pricey, but they are very nice and clean. It is very quiet and I would highly recommend others to stay here.

It's 3:20AM right now. This is the 10th night in a row where I've been woken up by my upstairs neighbor between the hours of midnight and 5AM. I can't even leave a message at the front desk anymore because it won't allow me to. I've talked to the hotel manager as well as have left MULTIPLE complaint emails... if I get no sleep again tomorrow I will be leaving an extensive review of all areas of my stay with pictures. 3/31/23 I ended up calling the upstairs neighbor this morning arou d 5AM after leaving a note the day prior with flowers asking them to please not stomp so loudly only to be cursed out, threatened, and yelled at to change my room. You can't leave a message for management anymore on the phone.

The stay in the first few years was great!! Me my wife and daughter lived there for 6years total, and just because i was arrested on the property for something that happened off the property we were told that we could no longer live there which i believe is a BS reason to not renew a guest that’s been living there so long!!

The room is kinda small, no kitchen drawers. But otherwise, it's a good temporary home when I. Transition! 8 .oaths was my longest stay til I found my home in Athens GA. Hope not as long here, but moving in the winter bites !

The room was nice the staff was nice however I had ants 🐜 in my room I cleaned & disinfected all the services the front desk was aware of the problem they sent an Instarminator but they never went away I asked for housekeeping but they were short stuffed so the housekeeper never got to my room. The room was clean because I cleaned it myself. Overall it wasn't bad the overall stay was just okay

The stay here was great until they changed their POS system. Recently I tried to pay for my room as always I uses my same debit card. The new system rejected my payment and took half of m6 payment but declined my card, (the old system always took half) let me point out. So naturally as with anyone else. I asked what happened the janitor says, "he doesn't know, it declined; you don't have any money" I'm upset about the accusation, so I asked him to call Joe. Joe was worst accusing me of not having any money. Blaming my bank and me and said "you people" don't know how to take care of your finances. Patronizing me and talking to me like I'm illiterate. So now I'm furious. Refuses to answer my questions. So Joe puts me out, I go to another property and was told by the manager from the O'hare property that it happened to a few other people as well and her offered them a couple of free night stays for the inconvenience. Even the ones here at this property says it has happened to their customers to. Well, they have good customer service skills to de-escalate the problem.

Me and my boys found this to be our temporary home for over a month. I would go back if I needed too. For the most part the staff (except Mike) was nice and responsive. The rooms were small but mine was upgraded recently and nice. Love the current cleaning staff but you will still need to maintain your own room on non cleaning days. Most of the other guest were nice and not to noisy at least on the first floor. All in all if I had a bigger room with two bed I would have stayed forever. Special thanks to Joe at the front desk.

I previously had a extended stay in downers grove at Intown suites. I really have to say how great the experience was.It really impressed me from the simplicity and especially how clean and well managed the place is. Joe in the office treated me great and his night time help was awesome.I will most likely stay there again.I highly recommend Intown suites in downers grove Il. Joseph Felcman

Rooms are studio apartments, so not very big but comfortable and clean.

The staff is, or was anyway when I was there, extremely helpful and friendly. The rates are pretty high for the quality of the rooms though. I think that can be said for most extended stay locations though. They rob you blind. They all seem to prey upon those who are down on their luck. With that being said this is probably your best choice. Stay away from Extended Stay America. They're absolutely horrendous.

If you need somewhere to lay your head and not pay an arm and a leg, this is your place to stay.

Had a nice quiet stay. No issues with room cleanliness or supplied appliances. Carpet in hallways is old, but kept as clean as old carpeting can be. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
