Just had beer spilled all over me and now my phones damaged (got it two weeks ago) and they said they can't help because their sign says no phones on the table.(I looked for this supposed sign and never saw it) Even though it was in my pocket. Furthermore they gave me dirty dish rags to clean up while the person who came over to help just cracked jokes saying "don't get pulled over now. That'll be hard to explain" to say the least. It wasn't funny at all. My phone is essential for my work and school and I don't have the ability to replace it. The waiter, no issue with her, she was nice. But it's the businesses responsibility to fix these sorts of things. If you wanna come to aurilios leave your phone in the car and bring a fresh change of clothes

I enjoyed the sausage and pepperoni thin crust pizza and the meat raviolis with a vodka cream sauce. My leftover pizza even passed the next day refrigerator test and was delicious! The service was very friendly granted it was quiet before the dinner rush. The place was immaculate and well-kept but reminded me of being in a Portillo's.

We had a wonderful time here tonight! The aesthetic here is so cute and we were seated immediately. The sign on the door says they close at 8pm M-T but Google says 8:30pm. Didn’t get to clarify which was correct. We were greeted with a huge smile when we walked in the door. Once we were seated the service never stopped! It wasn’t overwhelming but our cups were never empty & dirty, empty dishes didn’t sit on our table. Multiple employees stopping by all the tables making sure everyone was well taken care of. The bruschetta was really good ( do yourself a favor and order a side of the balsamic glaze on the side, that’s my favorite part of bruschetta and doesn’t come on it automatically ) We didn’t see the bruschetta on the actual menu we had in front of us but I had seen it online and when I asked if they still had it, they said yes! We ordered a medium pizza ( two of us ) and it was more than enough! When we go back we will probably go with a small. All in all, 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Everything is done at home! I love this restaurant because it is very traditional, any pasta that you choose is succulent and desserts for me, the most provocative is the tiramisu! It is not expensive, and the attention is wonderful, without forgetting that here they prepare delicious pizzas!

Always great food, love the cheese curds and pizza. Have had awesome servers every time we are there.

Placed an order online and they charged my credit card only to send me a text an hour later saying my order was canceled. After calling the store they said my order was delivered and it never was. I never got a sense of apology or even acknowledgment by the people answering the phone, and got hung up on more than once. Update: They did refund my money almost a week later. And although their food is good, this last experience was not pleasant.

Very delicious. Gluten free pizza was amazing! They also have a whole gluten free menu! Order pizza in all the chicago styles. Full bar. Old neighborhood vibes.

The absolute BEST vodka cream sauce. Thin sausage pizza was perfect. Golden cheese and signature sauce. For those one star reviews regarding pizza...you cannot compare Aurelio's to any other pizza joint. It's a different breed of pie. Thanks to V and S for striving for the best!

It's been a long time for us, but we had 3 different dishes and they were all incredible, like always. "Happy Food" and reasonable prices... good folks!

Disgusting!!! Took my family to this location and we walked out 5 minutes later. I walked into the bathroom and I had 2 employees walking in to use the bathroom with aprons on, rolled them up and went about their business in the toilet. As we were walking out I asked for a manager and told him what happened. His answer surprised me: “I am ok if my bus boys go into the bathroom with my aprons on”. WOW, don’t the bus boys set up tables!!! How disgusting!!!! We were so exited to eat there but no more!!!

One of the best pizza places on earth. Maybe because I’m a Chicagoan and raised my kids with it. But that’s not all bad. The sauce is the boss. Love it. Double it. Great sausage…get the fresh mushrooms.

Dying to try pizza from Chicago areas. We couldn’t decide so we got alot. Great cheese sticks, raviolis, pizza, pasta. The only thing off is the quality of chicken for the chicken parm. Rubbery and bland, service was excellent we left full & happy.

This pizza restaurant is centered in a great location, and because of this we figured it was a good place to meet up. When we arrived the staff asked if we wanted to sit on the patio or inside, since the weather was nice we decided to give the patio section a try. Once we walked through the large dining room, we were impressed with the large outdoor seating area that included comfy chairs and a fireplace. Our server made the evening an enjoyable event and the food was amazing as always. Their gluten free pizza is second to none. We were enjoying our time there so much that before we knew it the sun was going down and the kids in our party were getting cold. We figured it was worth a shot if they could accommodate to move our party inside so we could order dessert, but we didn't expect it to work out but within a few minutes, our waitress was helping us carry our items to our new location and the good visit among friends got to continue. The whole staff at this restaurant did an amazing job creating a great atmosphere for us to enjoy our night out. I mean she even labeled our left overs to make things easy for us, too sweet.

Last time we went here on 11/19/23 we ordered a Fiesta 18 double dough with sausage,red roasted peppers and onion. It was amazing!!!! Today 11/26/23 we ordered the same but take out . What a disappointment 😔😔 totally different pizza was overcooked hardly any cheese seems like they were running out of ingredients so they decided to be cheap with everything. One has to wonder if dinning in you get a better quality because you can complain in person. So I guess it's a gamble with this location.

Thin crust pepperoni pizza was good. CRUNCHY crust not mushy or doughy. I like the loud, family, atmosphere. Staff was courteous and nice. 2nd pizza got goofed up but recovered with a fresh new one.

I visited this location with friends, today. We shared some of the best thin crust pizza I have had in quite a while and prompt, friendly service. Best of all, for me, though, was that, though I was in a wheelchair, the whole experience, from the conveniently placed wheelchair ramp, the double doors which easily admitted my chair, the adequately wide aisle, and the welcoming and helpful staff, made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Woderful thin crust pizza, actually 9ne of the best I ever had.

The best italian restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful for people who are first timers. It’s not pricey because are big portions and fresh food. I had Spaghetti pesto with shimp, extra delicious. Not salty or soggy, was perfect. Enough to share. The server Shary was so nice and helpful with the menu.

I ate half of an 18 inch pizza. It's great, the cheese is a little bit different. The sauce does have a tang to it that rings super well. But my god, the crust! Ohhhhh that marvelous crispy outside crust reminds me of the Detroit style crispy crust pizza. It's beautiful. The sausage was fresh, everything about the pizza was great. I couldn't compare it to much because it is unique in that sense. It definitely is its own version of american pizza, not an Italian style or Sicilian style at all. Bravo, bravo. Neat spot I haven't been to even though I've lived nearby my entire life! Highly recommend.

My mom was in town and Aurelios is always high on the list. Normally we would get delivery from the Villa Park location, but they aren’t always consistent in quality, and they don’t open until 3 on Saturdays. This Addison location has always been great when we have been in the area, and now we know that carryout is perfect, too. And they are so nice on top of it! Thanks for a great meal for my mom, and we will be back again soon!

Excellent pizzas. Large Stuffed with spinach and chicken were delightful and tasty. Sauce is so good. All staff were friendly. Unfortunately the bill was wrong. We used coupon, but were still overcharged. No price breakdown on items. After few days, no one replied to my email.

Was there for a 30th birthday party. Joe took care of the party and was fantastic. I would go back just to have Joe as a server. Oh yeah, pizza is pretty good also

Can never go wrong - every location that I've been to (20+) same quality of food and service - drove 1-1/2hrs from Milwaukee and was not disappointed. Anytime in the Chicago area, it's the 1st place I visit! YUMMMMM

These a-holes don't deliver to the apartments in Addison. They said it was to far... the complex is 2 miles or less from them on swift rd in between lake and army trail. Is this some sort of class or race discriminations. Has to be!
