    The food was delicious as always. The service staff was friendly accommodating, helped show my daughter the gluten free items on menu. We celebrated my Bdy but made no mention to staff. Getting to old for that.

    This was our first time at the Aurora, IL location and needless to say our experience was exceptional thanks to our server Greg. Greg was very friendly and made us feel right at home. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. When I asked for some lemons he served them to me immediately. Our food was excellent and our order was 100% correct. Greg made an amazing Blue Dream Sangria with gold sparkly glitter. Not only was it neat to look at but it tasted phenomenal! I was so impressed that I took a picture of it and shared it on Facebook. When checking out on the kiosk Greg walked me through the steps for a fast efficient check out. He thanked us and waved goodbye as we walked out. It was my birthday and thanks to Greg it was a great way to end a perfect day!

    It’s been over two decades since I’ve eaten at RL, to be honest, for all the snobby reasons. But during COVID I was hungry, wanted seafood and bc we’ve paid so much eating out, I needed Quite a bit of food and not a whole lotta money. We got the admiral feast for a family. . Yep, all fried seafood, but it was also only $38 for three large entries, enough baked green beans, mashed potatoes, biscuits and clam chowder for five people. Everything I just described about eating, except for the beans is far from my normal pallet so I’m not proud of it, nevertheless it was a hell of a lot of decent food very small amount of money And, considering it was off road and knowing it was far for me privately owned chef restaurant, expect it was good - and two days later I’m just finishing up the leftovers

    With all do respect, this has got to be the worst Red Lobster, with everyone standing around. So we were sat down, no water no service for awhile. I got up and spoke to manager, let manager know we were waiting. Manager said he would personally take care of us and sent someone else. We ended up leaving. I was not trying to have dinner with my hard earned money where we were not wanted. And as much as i was craving Red Lobster I hated leaving, 👎 we will be traveling to another location close to home where we are welcome. 😞 Red Lobster “all these employees standing around is a solo reflection of management on duty. I had never seen so many on company time standing around, on their personal phones or grouped up talking. (mind you in front of management).” Every Red Lobster I’ve ever been to is busy, ran accordingly and staffed with employees that make you feel welcome. 1036 N Route 59 Aurora, IL 60504 United States

    This place is what you'd expect. I was surprised by the unfocused waitress on the night I went in for a drink with my friend. She forgot my drink and our sides. I'm usually totally ok with that, except that this particular night was very slow.

    Of course Red Lobster is a great place. The manager was AWESOME, as well as our server. It's gotta be some kinda unsaid guideline for how much ice is just too much, for alcoholic beverages. This is why I rated it a 1 ⭐ and my food wasn't right! Raw stuffed mushrooms! The veggie appetizer was supposed to be fully cooked! My Clam chowder was still in the grit from the clam. So I couldn't take the chance on the encore. They were very nice though, no issues at all for professionalism.

    This is my favorite location because I am nearby all of the time. The food is always satisfying. My only complaint during this visit is that I was not given the option to pay to adjust my platter so that the plain shrimp could be switched out for the dragon shrimp. Seems like it should have been an easy substitution and I was more than willing to pay the difference.

    Haven't been here in some years! Had the 20$ endless shrimp special food was served hot each time it was served (shrimp) had the 10$ spicy margarita all was good the cheddar bay biscuits was still good! Server was new hire you could tell but overall my guest and I enjoyed!

    I received a gift card for Red Lobster. It was a wasted gift card. Though the service Suzy provided was great, the meal I ordered was gross. For $45, you would expect it to be good. The lobster tail was cold and rubbery, which means it was overcooked or had been sitting. The skewer of shrimp was pretty good but the shrimp in the pasta was undercooked. The pasta either sat under a heat lamp or they microwaved it because the top was dry. I ordered a medium steak and I got rare to medium rare. The restaurant was dirty, food splattered on the blinds and the windows. I ate a quarter of the meal. I did let the server know I wasn’t thrilled with the meal and offered another lobster tail or a dessert to compensate. I declined both. The trip before this one was just as disappointing. I think if I want good seafood, I will have to go elsewhere.

    Hadn't eaten at Red Lobster in a long time, and was pleasantly surprised here. The food was good and plentiful. Had the snow crab legs which were very good. Friend had endless shrimp which is not only delicious but a pretty good deal! We shared entrees and sides and left content. And our server was awesome. Review wouldn't be complete if their signature biscuits weren't acknowledged- as good as I remembered!

    The lobster and seafood bake was excellent. The special seasonings really enhanced the flavor of the lobster, crab, shrimp and mussels. It also made the butter extra thick so it clung to the potatoes and corn, really improving their flavors. Even with the chicken of Friday night and Valentine's day, our server, Jacob, was friendly and efficient. Took great care of my wife and me. On a side note, the wait list in the app got us seated in 30 minutes, while walk-ins had 90+ minute waits.

    Worst experience ever at red lobster. Drinks and food took forever to arrive. We were seated at 6:30, waitress came by at 6:40, ordered drinks and food. It was after 7:00 that our drinks arrived while others seated after us already had their drinks. Drinks arrived incomplete and when we next saw the waitress, we asked for the rest of them, which she promised initially to bring right away. Walt's shrimp was soggy at best. It bothered us that others seated 10 minutes after us got their drinks and food and were on their way home as our food was just coming out. Maybe it's the reopening after covid, I don't know. But I at least expect to get my food and drinks before others that are seated well after us. We've never had this problem at the Bloomingdale location.

    I liked it the only problem was the clam chowder was gritty like sand, but it tasted wonderful and the staff was very nice to me on my birthday. I ordered the ultimate feast and reccomend it if you like a little bit of everything. Due to Covid there are limited sides and foods to choose from, so I was happy to see the classics.

    My sister and I were out running errands in the area, and got hungry. We stopped in, hoping it would not be a disappointment. We were very pleasantly surprised! Our server, Ernesto, was new to the job, but very engaged and eager to please. I had the mussels, and my wife had the lobster mac and cheese. Both good entrees! An abundance of those tasty, addictive cheesy biscuits didn't hurt, either. Dessert was just a brownie with ice cream, but still pretty fair.
