Great views and nice place to relax. This day a number of people had hammocks out. Also great place to run or short bike ride

We c enjoy here walking, biking , running .sight seeing is wonderful. We saw large fishes in lake . people s enjoying here .I go with my husband,son and daughter in-law .

Beautiful walking in all seasons

Awesome place to go around Evanston. Good for walking, cycling or some relaxing time. I would say this is my favourite place in Evanston. The lake is so beautiful and serene. The lake fill is nice surrounded by lake from 3 sides. Vibe is so good. You can also have some views of downtown Chicago as well.

Love this part of northwestern. Great place to walk with dogs or picnic with a view of the city. A real treasure in Evanston.

The Lakefill is truly a gem of a place. The crystal-clear water of the lake reflects the surrounding greenery and blue sky, creating a breathtaking view.

My favorite park for miles around. Spaced between lake Michigan and Northwestern's pond, with a wide swath of green grass and always a stiff breeze, its a perfect place. Always just the right amount of people to feel lively but never packed. Dozens of trees all spaced perfectly for hammock, and you'll never be the only person hanging one up. Between the shade and the lake breeze it always feels 10° cooler than the rest of Evanston. Being a light jacket if you'll be in the shade, even in the summer. Only downside is the closest accessible restrooms are about a 5-8 min walk to the south, at the next Beach.

I am not going to rate this place with 5 stars. Wonderful place to take a walk within NU's campus along beautiful Lake Michigan. I do not want crowds to come here.

Beautiful little park with a great view of the Chicago skyline. The grounds were maintained, but there was some trash on the ground.

Ive started coming here more and more when I fly in because of the view and the park. The view from here is pretty good and you get a good glimpse of the city. The area is easy to access and the walking isn't bad either. Do a quick circle around the Lakefill and sit and a bench to people watch and you'd be surprised how fast the day will pass you by.

Beautiful walk around the campus. You can even see the Chicago skyline on a clear day. Parking at the university is free after hours too.
