This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is nice and very welcoming. Thank you to the healthcare workers who helped keep my 3 yo calm through a physical and blood work. He felt comfortable with the entire staff that he didn’t cry during a blood draw. Very satisfied patient!

My experience at this Midwest Express location was amazing. Upon entering the clinic I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even the staff that wasn't tending to me was very pleasant. The staff took great care of me and was genuinelyconcernedaboutmywell-being. They have great bedside manner and are very knowledgeable. In times where community hospitals have been closing over the years I thank God for these clinics and their one on one expeditious services. I have been to these clinics since Covid started and each time have been satisfied with the patient care and one on one treatment just as you would get at any doctors office or hospital only they don’t make you wait a month for an appointment or 3 hours in a waiting room. Care at this clinic was same day, and within an hour of check in. Forever grateful to staff and doctors.

I'm impressed with how fast my daughter was taken care of. I took my son here last week and the staff is so friendly. Love that they are open 7 days a week and the late hours always helps especially for me. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love Midwest clinic in Burbank!!!!! It’s always clean and a fast visit whatever your needs they get right to it! definitely my go to for myself and my children . The staff is always friendly and simply amazing. I recommend them to anyone cause we all know scheduling doctors appointments for simple things take hours and days to be seen sometimes. So I highly recommend this facility to all .

I’m really happy I found the Midwest express clinic. Convenient, I didn’t have to travel all the way to my doctors office downtown. It was clean, comfortable. The staff was experienced and friendly. The nurse practitioner was attentive, caring specific follow-through made me feel comfortable that I was being cared for. I recommend this location!!!

We’ve been here a few times. The clinic is clean, wait times are short, and the staff is always courteous and professional. Although we arrived 40 min before closing, we did not feel rushed and were well taken care of. Dr. Foley was exceptional! She listened to our concerns, did her best to alleviate the symptoms, and sent us home with a plan to follow up. Thank you Dr. Irene Foley and staff for taking great care of us.

Our doctor was great and very compassionate! My daughter and I came in for a simple sports physical, and it turned into a deeper emotional and psychological visit were the doctor took a genuine interest in what my daughter had to say. She was a bid, additional support to my daughter who was very appreciative.

Had to go cause I was real sick. One of the nurse that I saw was very polite and very informative when needed to do tests. Np Foley was very professional, intelligent was very attentive to my needs and informed me on medical diagnoses. Very good NP! definitely will go back if ever needed. wait time is quick! they get you in and out. No issues no hassles.

This was my third time coming to the clinic and it is always fast and friendly. The receptionist and nurses were very nice and answered any questions I had. The doctor knew exactly what to prescribe me as soon as he checked up on me and even provided me his information if I had any other questions. Loved everything and wish I could actually have it as my primary doctor!

My experience here was great from the very beginning. Registering online to reserve a spot was easy & user friendly. Front desk staff is very professional and courteous. Nurses and doctors were great as well. They are amazing with kids. I was seen in a reasonable amount of time. I will continue to go here for my urgent care needs.

Signing in online was quick and seamless…I didnt wait for long to be serviced…and they found the issue right away! I definitely recommend! Doc was great, sweet, and cool! Much better than sitting overnight in the ER!

Everyone except the lady in the front was wonderful! The nurses that took my vital and helped me in the room were so kind and helpful. The lady in the front desk was absolutely rude. She would catch an attitude with all the patients.

I had a great and fast experience here. Had to get some lab work done & they were so quick to get me in and out. The results came a few days later and the appointment for that was also super quick. Very professional. Thank you.

All the medical assistants are super nice and professional! I was very quickly seen after being registered. Doctor Mark oh was very polite understanding and did everything he could possibly do to make sure I felt better soon.

Two weeks after covid and i still haven’t been feeling better, decided to go to urgent care and to my surprise both my ears are infected. The nurse practitioner and the medical assistant were very professional, the medical assistant (wish I remembered her name) was concern about my blood pressure and checked it for a second time. Wonderful staff, I definitely recommend this location!

The staff and doctors were all kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They made me feel safe and valuable as a patient. The most important thing is they figured out my illness quickly and with care. The best urgent care location I have ever visited!

I have been here twice and both times my experience has been great! From the front receptionist to the doctors and staff in the back, everyone is soooo nice and they figure out what’s going on with you super fast! The clinic is also VERY clean and well kept ! I’ve recommended this place to a few people and will continue to do so whenever I know someone is in need of healthcare needs! :)

My overall experience was great! I’ve been here quite a few times. The service is always great and fast paced. I brought my son in for a check up and a return to school form. The Np was very informative, and she really has a very good bedside manner. She really showed interest in his overall health. Great service!

In regards to the service it was the best I've been treated in that type of environment. The doctor who treated me I would love to have as my primary doctor. This will be where I am going to come if I have another urgent care. Keep up the excellent service U R providing.

Everyone here was exceptionally amazing. Came in due to a really bad cold. Did my appointment last minute and I didn’t expect that I was able to go in so fast. The receptionist was nice. The nurse was nice. Doctor Cha did awesome for helping me. I will definitely come back again if I’m ever sick

My visit was pleasant even though I wasn't feeling my best. The process is always easy going and very professional. Staff members are always pleasant. I have been referring Midwest Express Clinic ever since my first visit and will continue to do so.

Staff and Dr. was great love the people in the front..The wait time was around 30 min but I’ll take that compared to any other urgent care facility . The Dr was amazing and so nice. Place is clean overall I loved it here.

Going on a Sunday morning not feeling well from front desk, triage to doctor was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and patient. Made an unpleasant appointment easier to deal with. Was very grateful to one and all on a Sunday morning for all their help and hard work.

I had a great experience at Midwest Express Clinic. It was my first time there, and I was in and out in a hour. The staff was great and the doctor was able to determine I had an ear infection. He even called the next day to check on me and make sure everything was okay. I would def recommend them if you are in need of care!

I absolutely have had the best experience coming into this clinic every time. The staff is so polite, the office is always clean, the dr’s really listen to your concerns! It’s also very conveniently close to home when my daughters regular pediatrician is not available.

Very nice urgent care. They were super sweet and the doctor who helped me was a top nurse that knew a lot of stuff! She was extremely patient and knew how to help me right away. Will definitely come here again when needed. :)

I actually found this place "in a pinch". The immediate care clinic I usually go to was closed. It was a blessing in disguise! The people here are wonderful! From the receptionist to the doctors! I say, stars across the board! Would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone!!!

The fact that they're open on Sundays alone earns them 4 stars. 5 stars is because of how quick and friendly their staff and provider was as I checked in and was seen. Checking in online was super easy and made the process smoother.

Duha & Kim were so nice,professional,and made me feel so comfortable I am very pleased with their exceptional customer service and I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of urgent care because they will make sure you are in and out as well taken care of.I will be returning in the near future!!!

From the front desk to the providers, all team members were polite and kept your information confidential. The price was extremely affordable, way cheaper than my Dr's office so I'm so grateful for this service. The timing was also great. Will definitely use again if I ever need something urgent.

Had a follow up visit today, the staff are so pleasant, Dr. Monika was the best, she listens to me and explains so I understand. I got there at 8am and was seen by the Doctor within minutes. Thank you for caring for your patients.

This place treated me with dignity and respect, clean and friendly environment; everyone that works there is GREAT and their personalities is welcoming! Mark takes great care of his patients as all of the other doctors. Great place to go to ANY DAY OF THE WEEK when you or your loved ones need real help.

Recently I’ve had to bring both my teens for different reasons and each time we were treated with courtesy and kindness. Each person from the receptionist to Np was very smooth. They took the time to explain everything and never rushed us. Different recovery plans were discussed and my teens actually listened! I highly recommend this clinic, their staff is outstanding.

Both times that I went I didn’t have to wait that long. They have an easy checkin process that you can do online and sped up time with paperwork ahead of time. I uploaded my insurance and identification through the online checkin and also signed consents online as well. When I got there the 1st time, I was sick so I wore mask but they also provide some. I think there was maybe 3-4 people ahead of me. I was there maybe 1.5hours which isn’t bad compared to going to an urgent care or hospital. I went to my follow up 4 days later and there was nobody ahead of me when I got there. I think I was there from checkin to checkout 30min. The doctors I saw both days were friendly and caring. Both women had an excellent bed side manner. I will definitely come back in future.

This is my first time in the clinic and they were so fast and efficient. Not only did I get what I need to take care of, they made me feel good about it. Very friendly and make you feel at home.

My son is very nervous at doctor's appointments and he has now said this is the only place he wants to go. He said the doctor was nice, and waited patiently until my son was ready to be examined. I will definitely recommend Midwest Express to everyone I know. Thank you for such amazing care

I always felt Urgent Care Clinics were a ripoff, because many patients would still end up in the ER and now they’re stuck paying two medical bills. Midwest Express changed my view. They were friendly, compassionate, efficient, and ACCURATE. I registered online, but walk-ins are welcome. I give them a 10 out of 10.

They are really hopefully, caring & respectful from beginning to end of my appointment. The Polish/ American lady Dr is caring , respectful and positive attitude in giving me my treatment possible for my symptoms I was having. Thank you Midwest Express Clinic for your good hospitality. God bless 🙏😊
