It was probably the worst experience I ever had at this location. I specifically said, several times, that neither I nor my mom would like to open the credit card. And the manager kept saying what a deal it was to open it… Would not take no for an answer. I was absolutely miserable and incredibly upset about what was happening and gave my license to just get this guy, who was a manager, to stop pushing it on us. Now I’m sorry if my excellent credit is important to me and I don’t want to open a card because I have a choice to say no. But this was absolutely horrible. After all the “savings” we were promised, we walked out just completely distraught and all I “saved” was $20 from a $300 bill. We will never ever go back to this location. This whole money dig/ point system to meet a credit quota is just so disgusting and ruins such an otherwise fun family trip. STOP PUSHING CARDS AND GUILT SHAMING RESPONSIBLE ADULTS FOR A DEAL THAT MEANT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. “No” simple means “no”.

I’ve been coming to this TJ Max for half of my life and always have a great experience. I can’t believe some of the clothes for men that I find here. They have plenty of designer clothes for really good prices. I’m also a big fan of the other items, such as cologne, phone accessories, luggage, and home items. They have a really great selection on all things.

I shop ALOT at all the TJ Maxx stores and found a jacket on sale for $39.99 and got to the cashier. She looked at the tag and said it's not $39.99, when in fact, it rang up just that price. She said it's $59.99 and ripped off the price tag. I said I did not want it at that price. I then asked why they don't honor the price that is labeled and she said they do not. I got a really bad taste in my mouth from this experience and probably won't be back to this store for awhile. This incident occurred on 01/21/2023 at roughly 6:45 pm. Gave it 2 stars since I actually do like shopping at the TJX Companies.

Based purely on the speakers. Music is always terrible, too loud, and annoying repetitive lyrics. To the point that today I visited and the speaker is blown out. Do they turn down the music finally?? NO.

Kate was very rude. We were going to buy a $400 egg chair until she yelled at us from across the store, walked away shaking her head at us and made us feel comfortable. Seems like she took her bad day out on us. We didn’t make the purchase after that and will buy elsewhere.

Great prices for clothes. I went to other department stores and clothes are so much more expensive. Sure the quality might be hit or miss but if you want variety it's the place to shop. You don't break the bank! You can try on at least 10 items or more at a time so you don't have to run back and forth and start over again. They go through product quickly and restock with new items weekly. I've been to various tjmax stores to compare as they have some differences. I found the store in Oak Brook to get a higher end style, the Downers Grove the most variety and Wheaton the highest turnover. Not sure if that is true or my imagination. Anyways love the cost, and it's now my go to for a quick clothes update. They also have great dog items, and household supplies.

This store is typically well stocked and organized! One of my favorite TJ Maxx locations in the area!

I was surprised by the wide variety of goods they sold. From clothes to food, it was all very good quality. I especially liked the wood furniture pieces, decorations, and body care products (a jar of Truly body butter was only $18. It's not exactly something I'd normally buy, but for that price...I almost got it lol). Definitely coming back!

The store opened at 7a and the employees welcomed me right after they opened the door. They were helpful and cheerful and made my late Holiday shopping SO easy!

Got there early, found what I wanted and no line at check-out.

Love this T.J.maxx the line goes by pretty fast and I can always find something I like! Great shoe and bag choices! I can always find something new and you need to add to my hair care, or my skin care here. The fitting rooms are also quite nice and usually very clean. They have so many fun pet options here as well. I’ve gotten many fun pet beds! It’s usually not too busy except for on the weekends it does get pretty busy.

The store was well stocked and kept up, the girl who checked me out took extrs time to wrap up delicate items. I would return to this location again.

Good place to shop! A little difficult to find your size a lot but I love getting a good deal! They have great holiday outfits and usually seasonally fun stuff!
