Wow! I am thrilled to have found a salon that I love in Maine. Jess took great care of me during my first visit. She is a true professional. What a wonderful personality! She's personable, funny and outgoing. I not only got a great new haircut and a bunch of lovely products. I also enjoyed my whole Simplicity experience. It is a warm and welcoming environment. Jess was wonderful I moved here from Pennsylvania in November and haven't had my hair cut for over a year with the pandemic going on so my hair was a hot mess. She took a minute to see what I wanted and it turned out great. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. I will definitely be back .

I have seen Cate for 2 appointments. She is very professional, thoughtful and careful.She listens to her clients wants and desires, makes adjustments accordingly and executes it perfectly. She has saved my blonde hair with a color correction, she has added the softness and shine that it was lacking.My hair is healthier than it has ever been . I have gotten so many compliments since I switched over to Cate. I had been struggling to find a stylist that was passionate with their art, boy did Cate surpass my expectaions! So inviting… from the moment I walked, I received a warm welcome from everyone there. I was paired up with Rachel who really took the time to listen and understand my “hair story” and then proceeded to skillfully shape, layer, and tidy my hair as we had discussed. Sooooo nice! Great salon and excellent service.

Rachel is amazing. I literally never thought I could actually get the hair color I wanted and how I wanted it. I’ve been trying for YEARS and I go here once and perfect. I’ve never left a salon happy and I’m so happy I can’t even explain it. Rachel gave me a great consultation before we started, it was detailed and I have never been asked questions like that before a hair color before. I was very happy about that because she understood exactly what I wanted. SO happy. Can’t recommend this place more. I also met Jess and she was so great to talk to. Thank you guys!!
