It was an enjoyable atmosphere. It wasn't overly packed (although, we were there afternoon on a Thursday). Nice breeze. Some picnic tables. A few public grills. Plenty of shallow water for little tikes. Little seaweed. Lifeguards were present. Good playground for primary-elementary school age children. An area without trees and away from foot traffic for playing catch or frisbee. Unsure if there's a restroom. Pleasant view of the lake.

Its a great place to go swiming, it has a playground a bathroom and seating, but it needs more of a clean up with the bathroom and the bird peep.

A quaint little park! Lots of picnic tables scattered about with some in shady areas. The playground is really nice; very clean too. Lifeguards on duty while you swim / wade in the lake. I love the history of this park! If you visit, definitely go check out the statue on the opposite side of the park away from the restrooms. It's really neat to learn about the historic nature of the name. It's a little out of the way from the main area. I really like this park and make an effort to stop here whenever I'm in the area!

Perfect for birthday party, playground was wonderful. The enclosed area for toddlers was perfect! Great time with family.

Beautiful grassy park right on the lake. Shady trees and breezes make a great picnic spot. And a playground for the kids.

We took a long weekend at Keuka lake and found this great little playground. My 18 month old daughter and her 5 yo cousin had a blast!!! The playground was just right for both of them. The only real problem was the amount of Canada Goose poop on the grass surrounding the play area...but not a whole lot you can do about geese pooping habits. All around a great place for the young and old alike!!! We will be returning here on our next Keuka lake weekend!!!

New item, heavy duty bench swing. 🧡 Great place to watch the sunset. The kids enjoy the modern playground. The slope down to the shore can be difficult for some. Wooden benches and picnic tables are at shoreline. Water access (beach line) has been lessened over the years. Bring your own comfy chair or mat if you like and a good book. 🙂

Nice family friendly Park, recently constructed buildings including the restroom and rec areas. The playground is also pretty new, within the last 10 years I do believe. Adequate parking, though it can fill up in the Summer time. The only reason I don't give it five stars is the steep downgrade to the water, I would not call it handicap accessible at all (To the water, playground and buildings are very handicap accessible, it's just the topography of the land that makes it hard, I have bad knees, back and hips and would prefer not to walk down the hill myself for safety's sake, not that it is not maintained well, they do a fine job, it is just not a hill I feel safe on. Wonderful lake, warm water, I used to enjoy it when I still could. I enjoy shooting photos from the parking lot mostly in the Fall. The park is conveniently adjacent to a marina, who sells all sorts of, products to enjoy on the lake from waterskis, tow behind boat tube and other air filled apparati, to snorkeling gear and of course offers boat slips and repair as well as parts for the do it yourselfers.
