Really disappointed with this company as they decided to stop stocking the big and tall sizes in store. Now, the only way to purchase any big and tall sizing will be at the online store. So now if there is something you like, you have to order it, wait for it to come in, and if it doesn't fit, now the Hassel of returning it. To which will surely be at the expense of the purchaser. It's bad enough that companies don't offer big and tall selections. Now, a company that does isn't going to stock it at retail locations. I would say that sales are going to suffer, especially stores located in rural America.

Just a wonderful experience at Carhartt on my last visit. Super friendly helpful staff. They do have mask recommendations and sanitizer as you walk in the store. They allow moderate trying on of items to see if they will fit if you can put it on over your normal clothing. **BONUS 25% Discount for military and first responder during these trying times. Carhartt is really stepping up their game with this increase from 10% to 25%!! THANK YOU!!**

Excellent customer service!! No, not everything we wanted was in stock, but they ordered it for us right then. MacKenzie was super helpful, and went above and beyond. You don't see that too often these days! She made our day. Should also mention, another gentleman was also super helpful, but we didn't catch his name.

Super great crew in here tonight, everyone said hi when I came in. They were greeting all customers, saying hi to everyone, showing great customer service. Dan, the brand ambassador, saw me checking out hats...gave me a heads up that some sell out pretty quickly, so it gave me the boost to come back quickly for one. Also gave me a pat on the back from helping him at my place of employment...major thumbs up to this gentleman 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This was the first time in this store. I was shopping for new work boots and have always been interested in trying Carhartt brand boots. The person that worked with me was Dan J. I have never met or worked with anyone more knowledgeable, inviting, helpful, intelligent and comforting than him! The rest of the staff on the floor that day were phenomenal, but Dan set the bar! He was incredible with his input and insight on boots, showing me a trick on how to lace up up boot hooks even. I must say I was also impressed with the rest of the staff. They had an inviting, and dedicated to customer satisfaction attitude especially where I came in so close to closing time. They never made anyone feel rushed or stressed. They were dedicated through the closing time. I will definitely be back based on not only the quality of carhartt, but the experience and quality of the crew working there! They set the bar in every category!
