If I could give it 4.5 🌟 I would. Service by Denis was great and the hostess was really nice too. The bartenders drinks were just right and the Caesar with chicken was delicious. My daughter enjoyed the kid's cheese pizza along with ice cream for desert. On our last visit there was a water leak blocking the entrance. Had the Roasted Vegetable salad and a kids pizza. Service was sparse. Visited around 4pm.

Staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Prices are decent and portions are a great size. My family and I had a great experience. We will definitely be back to try it again!

Been coming to CPK in LA for years. This is my first time reviewing them here in Naples. The drinks and food were good as always. The jambalaya is my favorite. The chicken tequila fettuccini was just a bit undercooked. Server was great. Nice bar and laid back atmosphere.

Ordered a turkey club, full size, that had no meat on it. Basically a lettuce sandwich. They don’t provide physical menus except for drinks. They say to use a QR code, but alas, they have no Wi-Fi to read it. They finally provided a printed menu, and the type was so small, even looking through my phone magnifier, it was very difficult to read. Probably a 2-4pt font. Lastly they give you an electronic device with the bill, but it’s not to pay; it’s for you to give them a review while they process payment the old way. The whole place lacks cohesiveness.

The kung pow spaghetti with chicken was great. My husband had a BBQ chicken salad which he really enjoyed. The bartender that evening made a wonderful Cosmopolitan. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. We all had a lovely evening.

Lovely time here! Haven’t been to a CPK in ages and had the best time. Food was good and decently priced and the bar was fantastic, large solid countertops, open air wraparound, and the bar staff who served me, Bella and Carlos, were incredible: super welcoming and attentive. As Arnold once famously said, I’ll be back! EDIT: Love love love this place, came back to see Bella and Carlos tonight, best time. My only feedback/request is: would it be possible to get 2 things to improve the experience? First, some cushions for the bar seats? They are great but a little cushioning would go a long way, especially for our aging bums >.< And two, maybe not including plastic straws in the drinks unless customers request them? Each time I ordered a drink I got two that are just destined for a landfill :(

Ordered takeout to eat while waiting for our table at Brio. Was supposed to be picked up for 6:30. Went in at 6:40, nothing. Stood around until 7. Manager came out, friendly guy. Said it is still frozen and could start one if I want. Said that's fine, I already waited this long. Offered to take it off the bill. Took another 25 minutes. Got home, saw they charged me for it. Called to inquire. Said he would send me a $25 gift card, never received it. It was only a spinach and artichoke dip but somehow they acted like I ordered a huge order. Would not return.

Great service, what you can expect from a chain restaurant. Consistent quality, and the prices are also affordable. Ordered the thin crust pizza, it was amazing.

We had a fantastic meal here over the weekend, and our server was so awesome! Also, ordered the to-go pizza to cook at home, and it was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for an incredible experience!!

Don't go until they clean the lettuce. We just got back from eating lettuce wraps. Food poisoning 90 minutes later. Only those who ate the lettuce are sick. No reply from management after two phone calls.

Atmosphere was good, great place to stop and get pizza after a full day of high-end shopping. Service was absolutely amazing. Pizza was good. Like any other California Pizza kitchen.

Used to like it, took my kids for lunch and had abysmal service. Waited on absolutely everything I ordered, and I am generally pretty patient, but it was painfully slow. Had to ask twice for silverware, and eventually asked a different server. Then was asked several times while trying to eat if I wanted to by take home pizzas for my kids. Hard pass.

Bit disappointed on this visit. Love this restaurant location and vibe. Food was good but service was spotty at best. Regardless seemed overwhelmed with a couple tables, never brought second plate, had to be reminded to refill drinks, never brought additional napkins. Got real friendly and smiley when time to pay check, going for the tip at this point. May have to start going to the coconut point location were we have never had this issue.

Really bad experience in food quality, calamari was not good at all, I ordered a couple dishes was very disappointed quality for price is horrific! My boyfriend liked his salad but that’s it! I had to have them remake my dish I actually changed it for a new one like a whole different one and it was worse ! You need some work to do! My bill was almost 90$ we had four drinks and that was the only good part of our dining experience, we won’t be back I rather pay 90$ somewhere else

For a place called California PIZZA Kitchen you would think your pizza wouldn’t be burnt and dried out. We ordered takeout, the pizza on the right are the only decent pieces, all the others were burnt well beyond beyond acceptable. The pizza on the left are from a bar and grill that don’t even specialize in pizza…which would you prefer to eat? Because the ones I got from CPK are extremely disappointing.

Our server Carlos was great! A very nice and happy person! Our food was yummy! We ordered the salmon with field greens and italian vinaigrette, Catalina chicken, chicken picatta and a Margherita pizza with Caesar salad. Also tried the pear lemonade mocktail. It was soo good!!
