I booked this hotel for a quick family getaway during Memorial Day Weekend. I would overall recommend. Their rooms are very spacious and hotel has reasonable pricing. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, bacon, bagels, waffles which was great. My review was not a 5 due to the customer experience. I think they have room for improvement. Staff was not as friendly as I expected throughout the stay. I also asked for a late checkout to accommodate my pregnant wife, they did not grant and gave attitude when I asked. Front desk said they did not have proper staffing to accommodate an additional hour. Pool and basketball courts on premise are A++.

Good overall, but disappointed I was not informed the pool was closed prior to arrival. I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub, but was unable to use the pool due to refurbishments. Good rooms, but could use a clean, the tv remote felt dirty.

Beautiful property, great and super friendly employees. The rooms are are very clean and the common areas are very well kept. There is a great complimentary breakfast served every morning and happy hour on most evenings.. all included at no extra charge! Eve, our bartender was great, she was witty and offered a lot of information about the activities available in the area! We will definitely be back soon to enjoy this hotel again!

The hotel was well maintained. The pool area was small but nice, and they offer social hours with wine and beer that is great for tourists. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It is important to know that though they allow *small* pets (under 35lbs) there is a large fee $80-$125 for their stay. They say it's for the additional cleaning but with not allowing pets in the room when you're not there and only allowing small animals there really isn't much to clean. You have to basically sign your life away for your pet to stay there. I wished this information was made available so other plans could have been made. With the additional money spent on the pet fee and the additional money spent on doggy daycare and time away from the vacation spent meeting all of the pet criteria it made having a pet stay there very inconvenient.

We were well received and helped with some detail that gave them an error in their system. Pleasant, comfortable, clean. I just suggest that when you have time you change the sofa in the room, because it must have been there since the hotel opened. Acceptable breakfast with all the basic foods to start the day.

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for one night and it truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future! The price is definitely on the expensive side but worth it!

Maybe I shouldn’t reveal this secret but this is my go to hotel when a hurricane is about to hit. The staff members in this hotel are very kind, compassionate and efficient. Rooms are very large and clean. Many rooms have functional kitchen. With Ian we stayed and left the day after the hurricane. I did noticed with hurricane Ian that they have a new procedure where you would have to evacuate if the zone goes into mandatory evacuation. This is new because it wasn’t like that before. Not a good idea because sometimes mandatory evacuations happen a few hours before the hurricane hits and there’s no shelters at that point. Anyways nice hotel we really like it

A beautiful hotel, the room was perfect, big and had everything anyone could want, the pool area was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. I would go there again.

I do not like the Hawthorne suites hotel it's old full of bugs biting me ouch! and making me itchy! the Hawthorne suites hotel needa to be renovated to make it look nice! The bed is too high and very uncomfortable and is hard.The tub inside the shower is to high too! Please rebuild the Hawthorne Suites hotel!! l!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and my experience was great. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The hotel's location is truly a gem, conveniently located less than a mile of I-75 on Pine Ridge Blvd. This made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy our annuall CME Group Tour Championship at Tiburon. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail of the room. The room has full kitchen which creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast has good selection and enough to fill you up for the moring. I love the coffee :) Overall, my stay was a delightful experience. I'll certainly be returning on my next visit!

The room had mold in it and the couch smelled like urine. No way I suppose to clean the couch because it was cloth. Totally gross. There was mold around the caulk in the shower area and the filters in the AC probably had never been changed. The breakfast is less than good.

I always love it here. Room is basic but fills my needs perfectly. Morning breakfast and staff are great!! Pool is always clean.

Room was clean. First room had a very loud AC unit but Carol at the front desk, who was awesome, was able to move us to a much better location. A few suggestions-add additional equipment in the gym, some Lysol wipes for the machines and towels. Very nice staff at the hotel.

Stay there for a 10 days! Amazing place! Great service, cleanliness, spacious rooms, great breakfast and great pool! Very cozy place, absolutely recommend! We will definitely stay here again and again!

Its an alright place. It looks nicer from the outside than the inside. Breakfast ends at 9:30, its not the greatest but its not terrible. You can gets scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, milk, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, fruits, sweet bread like muffins. The rooms have refrigerator, stove and microwave.

I just arrived today and I guess I accidentally booked it for tomorrow but fortunately they were very helpful and figured out a room for me and got me in. Not a lot of places. Will do that for you. So their customer service is amazing to go above and beyond and it's a beautiful hotel. Very clean. Amenities. I'm very glad I booked here. This is my first time and I definitely recommend it and I will be back

We stayed a night here when we visited Naples and this turned out to be the best stay for us in Florida. The facility was superb, well maintained and had great customer service. The rooms were spacious and had a kitchen incase if you want to bring out the chef in you. It has a pool, Jacuzzi and a fitness center. The breakfast spread was also great and it was hot and fresh. Would come back to stay here and would definitely recommend this place to stay. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

Saved Our Family Vacation!!! The rooms were plenty big for a family of 6!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful!! Happy Hour M-W from 5-7 with free beer, wine and Soda, and on Wednesday there is a free burger bar!!! The pool area has a very resort like feel with Cabanas you can reserve!! I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

Good value for the money and location is decent if you're heading to the beaches. The breakfast is as good as you're going to get for the price and considering the rooms themselves, which are good. Will be back for sure.

Nice and quiet, clean facility, friendly staff , pool and hot tub, and a 24 hour gym. Breakfast was great as well. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, toast, juice and coffee.

The people were friendly and just staying here was like being on vacation. The pool beautiful. The breakfast they had something a lil different every morning. Rooms are amazing. I could purchased my room to be a second home. 😌

Great service by various front desk, breakfast, and maintenance staff. Best service I've had all summer and have traveled to 7 destinations. All staff willing to help. Hotel and room were clean, updated and well maintained. I'd recommend staying and would come again.

I was pleases with the hotel. I would recommend this hotel, but I believe the fit and finish could be better. The pool and gym were very well maintained. I pulled the side table a little forward and to the right, so I could plug my charger in. I found a build up of dust, which will be seen in the pictures. You can see where the room was touched up with paint, but the painter did not wipe off the receptacles that wolas touched by paint, etc

Everything is nice about this place. Been 2 weeks in a row, and thinking about going there for the 3rd week. Everyone is friendly. Check in is easy. The girls (Rena, Kim and Brianna) at the front desk are nice and friendly as well. The rooms are spacious and clean. And the pool area is nice. Even have a grill that you can use to grill your food. My place!!!

The staff is very polite and accommodating! Easy check in and easy check out. Beautiful, clean, spacious suites. Good size bathroom. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Large pool, hot tub, and plenty of areas to sit out by the pool with covering so you don't get sunburned. Close to several restaurants and stores. We loved our stay here thank you for a great time!

We have enjoyed our two night stay here. The staff has been very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into be told that there was a complimentary happy hour with beer, wine and burgers starting soon. This is a first for us at a hotel. It was great to relax by the pool after a day of traveling. Shout out to our friendly bartender Eve and her grill master friend! The free breakfast is also amazing with a good variety of both hot and cold foods. We would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend!!
