My wife and I had different steaks, and both were mostly overcooked, flavorless and oddly bitter, probably because they did not wash properly the plate where it came. I won’t be eat in this restaurant ever again. In the photo below, the only non-bitter piece is the red one that was placed on top of all the others, which lead me to believe that the bitterness came from the dish.

Absolutely Trash. Go at your own risk. We arrive and the hostess gave us a hard time about seating when there were literally 7 people in the room including the staff. The room was hot, our group was sweating in there waiting for food. I asked for drinks and the waitress slams the drink down. Here is where the really BS starts. The first 3 wings we had were frozen. (Out of 8) I rather not get salmonella so when I went to pay for the sodas, the manager said they would not refund the uncooked wings. According to manager if the kitchen makes food wrong Italians don't do refunds. They try and cook it again. The situation was so bad I couldn't trust them not to spit on the food.

We ate here and were very disappointed, we ordered chicken wings, chili cheese nuggets and two brisket burgers with fries. The fries were served cold, the burgers barely had any taste, the chili cheese nuggets were empty inside, to be honest, the only thing we enjoyed were the chicken wings and our drinks. And although I told this to the waiter and he gave me a discount I still felt I payed WAY to much for the quality of the food.

So goood we came here twice! We have enjoyed our first dinner here so much we decided to come here to eat again before the end of our Napoli trip. We have tried the roadhouse burger, bucket of ribs and some wings the first time. We enjoyed everything and the ribs were so tasty we got a full rack on our next visit alongside with a Poke bowl with chicken. Again that dinner was great. The restaurant is very much in an american style and my fiancé being American was very impressed with their food. The servers were very friendly and our food came out fairly fast. It was a nice change from all of the pizza and pasta you'd find in the traditional restaurants.

I was so tired of eating pizza and pasta, so we decided to eat at Roadhouse restaurant. On the menu they have both burgers and grilled meat. We ordered a burger and some grilled beef. The burger was tasteless and so was the meat. The meat was extremely chewy and the salad on the side was so boring. The staff was also very unaware and even though the restaurant was empty, we struggled to get their attention. Find somewhere else.

Steak was raw (not rare). This place should be avoided. I was not trying to get sick while on vacation. Staff was friendly though. I did not dine-in, so luckily where I was staying had a kitchen and I was able to cook the steak. If not, I would've thrown it away - a 16.50 euro dinner

We arrived just as a big children's party was kicking off. There was no consideration as to sitting us away from the noise. We stayed, but I have to say the service was marginal. When asked if there were any steak sauces we were just pointed to the rack of standard mayo and tomato offerings. A bottle of white wine served with no cooling bucket. My steak was chewy but I did not complain. My wife's was fine. Probably more our mistake as we should have left before we ordered.

Good prices, small portions and not the best quality. The place has A/C and good bathrooms, the waiters are gentile.

Just had afternoon drinks while waiting for the train. It's location is convenient because you can see the departure/arrival board from your table

Unlimited Ribs but they never bring the 2nd plate. Waited over 30 minutes after asking 3 times in the end we got up and left. It seemed only 1 lady in dark top was doing every job the staff in red need to help more

The most disgusting philly cheese steak i have even eaten. There was more tendon than meat, i could not chew it, had a couple bites and then started pulling bad pieces out to see if there’s any actual good meat. The server came and took it, i showed him the meat wouldn’t even pull apart, he said ‘sorry’ and still charged the full price. Not even a 10% discount 😂 considering there are so many better options for food around, just avoid this place.

The most disgusting steak I’ve had in my life no exaggeration. The server(trainee manager) did not even look at me once and was only addressing my husband which was very disrespectful. Very bad experience overall would really not recommend.

I was so excited to try my first meal in Italy. I ordered Tagliata steak 'medium', and it literally tastes like burned and it was overcooked.. I could only taste bitterness and the meat was too tough to chew.. I almost lost my jaw. I will never go back there ever again. Their service was... no comment👎 Very disappointed.

The service was so friendly and fast here. We ordered chicken wings, quesadillas, burgers and a Philly cheese steak. The food was delicious and the atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable. What a treat, we ended up coming back for the second time.

Bought the double pork burger and bucket of ribs when they bought burger out they had forgotten the ribs and waitress had remind the staff of the order. Pork in burger was extremely under cooked and had be recooked if you don’t mind under cooked pork it might be ok but it is pricey.

The food was really good, specially ribs as all you can eat on Sunday with the app. We visited there after 4pm, although they closed because of Christmas’s Eve, they still opened for us. The waiter was really nice to us, he even brought water out for our dog.
