Hotel staff discriminated against people of their own race by not giving us materials such as foot towels, slippers and kettles. People had to wear shoes with wet feet after showering. When we said our complaint, the hotel attendant listened without reacting and left us unanswered. If you want to be humiliated, you can choose this hotel!

We booked 10 days at best western hotel corsi and we had to leave because the owners were always fighting and housekeeping sucked. After 4 days we left with no refund. This b&b hotel was so much better and less expensive. Our host helped us with everything we needed, room always clean, everyone kind and happy. I recommend B&B HOTEL POMEZIA ROMA without reservation!

Nice hotel accommodations and good service. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, away from the city , this is the place to be. It's located just outside of Rome's historical district and, therefore, free from the crowds. Standard rooms are a little smaller than we are used to in the USA( typical of most hotels in Italy) but nice nonetheless.

Perfect location with free parking if you have a car. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Basic Italian breakfast, which, compared to other hotels, had a wider selection and everything was fresh. Outstanding service from the minute that we arrived, especially from Marzia who was very helpful in everything that we needed....realy outstanding service from Marzia. Hotel highly recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel and the rooms are immaculately clear. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality, which made for a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a warm welcome from Marzia. She was very helpful and explained us how to get in the city and all the info we should know. We could leave the car in dafe parking area, that was helpful, too

The receptionist Marzia was the best! Starting from the time I booked until the time I checked out. She was extremely helpful, and spoke English which was a plus for me! I had made some errors on my part of booking and she kindly fixed them without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious. Classic Italian breakfast. The inside of the hotel smells amazing and it was very clean. I would 100000% recommend booking here.

Excellent service from everyone. Very friendly. They let us eat in the reception as there were no place in the salon, and they were very friendly with us. I will definitely come again and you should come too

Most of the staff at the hotel were sullen and treated guests badly, or maybe it was because we went with a group. We stayed for 2 days and always received negative answers to our questions. On the last day, I repeatedly asked the male staff at the reception to change the towels, and even called when I went to the room, but it was not done.
