We rented three rooms for our family. All were smoky. In one, the windows did not open. In the other there was no hot water. Generally very noisy during the day. The photos of the rooms don't really match what's on the website.

This place is a gem hidden away. I would recommend getting the room with the tub if possible. Also, listen to their alcohol recommendations. Best spumante I've had was through them.

No wifi in room. The front door would not lock, very unsecured. There were mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was tiny and you had to step over a bidet to get into the shower. The heater didn't work.The employees were rude. We asked staff to fix WiFi and door and they said they would have someone look at it. This never happened. Look at the pictures of mildew growing in the shower. The drain is also clogged so you shower standing in dirty water. This place is gross not romantic at all. I was embarrassed to bring my girl here.

We rent an appartment at 50m of the hôtel with a good view. Window don't close very well so we got a little noise from the road.

Geographically important place to tourists. Tastefully organised new interios for tourists' needs. Elegant spaces rooms with refine equipment.

Loved it! Service is above and beyond. We slept in the first day missing out on breakfast. When we came to grab coffee they offered to make up a tray for us. Warmed up croissants and all. Would def stay here again!

The worst experience since years. The bathroom of room 3 was so dirty that we couldn't use it. And it's not a one-time mistake. It's a sustainable mismanagement. On the pictures you see the molds everywhere. And I forgot to make a comparison picture of the breakfast. Don't go there if you care about your health! If you ask me the health office should close it.

Staff were very nice apartment nothing like any of the pictures on the internet, breakfast was delivered to the room, very poor affair, no buffet as described rooms badley in need of updating and repairing

Decent place but needs to sort out access to building. On arrival you will have clue you are at the right place. Then in the front area no sign to tell you to take the lift to 4th floor- take the lift to 4th floor. After all this when we checked in and left for the evening on returning the key would not work and the messing about with the code ( no instructions ) eventually got in. Not good enough a couple of signs would sort it .
