The owner is really nice. Be prepared to find it difficult to find the place. Just follow Google maps and it is theat entrance big door /flat door opposite the mini street with neon shop

Literally messaged them on Booking.com 3 days before my trip telling them I can't make the trip as I caught COVID-19 and requested for full refund. They intentionally ignored my messages, emails and calls for the next 3 days and even ignored Booking Assistant's emails. They only responded to the actions to mark me as "no-show" on the day of the booking. They literally intentionally ignored all messages so that they could pocket the money - which is disgusting. If they had let me know earlier that they weren't cancelling it, I could have let my friends in Italy know about the trip and they could have stayed for me instead. Literally such a dirty and low move by the accommodation.

Good location near the railway station and the historic city, good value and the host was extremely welcoming.

The accommodations are superb. The hosts are wonderful and helpful. Very convenient location (5 minute walk from Centrale station)

This gets 5 starts from me because ethe owner was the loveliest host I could have had. He even drove me to the airport to catch my flight! The area is one of the bad ones in Napoli which is not the owner or the B&Bs fault. You may have to ask for the entrance but once you go up in that elevator to the doors, you go inside and are greeted by a kitchen full of food with a beautiful balcony outside. My stay was one night but the view from the balcony was of the the most beautiful in Napoli. You even get the same greag view in the bathroom. Soaps and shower gels provided and a towel with A/C in the room for hot nights. Brilliant stay even condidering the area. I will forever remember my stay. But only 10 minutes walk from the station!

Very close to the train station and maybe not in the best part of town to walk around at night time but a great place to stay. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. Feels like you are staying with family.
