What a delight. Alfredo and his dear Mom were truly great hosts. We stayed there on the front and back end of our trip through Italy. The rooms were exactly as described on their website and met all our expectations. In fact the rooms were the best we had at the five hotels we used in Italy and the best value. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. My espresso was perfect each morning. We loved being near the public transportation centers and made getting around easy. Alfredo is the perfect owner of this nice B&B. Thanks again for a nice visit.

The best location ever. You cannot find a better one. It's right next to the train station, metro station, all the nice restaurants, and train to pompeii. Ferry terminal is just a couple of stops by metro (or 10 minutes by taxi) from the hotel. Alfredo (I think it's the owner's name) is very eager to help anything you may desire and the room was super nice. There was a lady staff in the morning shift who was a bit cranky and not as nice as Alfredo ... Could not speak English at all. We used Google translator but it did not make any sense. When I asked to leave my luggage, I could tell that she was very frustrated. I returned my key but she forgot and demanded again ... oh well, we spent about 5 min talking about the key that I've already given to. Will I come back and stay here if I ever make it to Naples again? HELL YEAH. Very nice price and value. Shower pressure and temperature were a bit inconsistent but I don't care too much given the price. A hidden gem in Naples.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The experience and customer service is amazing. Alfredo helped us get our bags up to our room, check us in and even ask if there was anything we wanted him to pick us up for breakfast. Large rooms with good bathrooms and fairly quiet. Also has a very nice patio that overlooks the piazza which is great for bringing some pizza and drinks back to. My only issue with the experience is that staff are not on site all of the time which means if you need anything in the moment like towels or directions or any other assistance you may have to wait until later that day. This was my only issue however I would still recommend staying here.

Excellent location, amazing customer service (thank you Alfredo), clean, and comfortable rooms. Will definitely come back when visiting Naples! They were also extremely helpful in providing information about ferries, and transportation. Cute place!

This bed and breakfast was fabulous. Excellent location right at the train and bus station. Clean, updated with a nice balcony overlooking the square. Communication from the owner about arrival was great. Nice breakfast. Stay here if you are in the area. Felt safe.

First things first: if you are looking for a chain hotel with business center and gym with pool, this is not your place. If you are looking for clean, cozy and best location in Napoli, this is for you. This is a small boutique hotel, or B&B on steroids if you will, on 4th floor. As the name suggests, there is 5 rooms. This makes the place nice and quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. The lounge is cozy and there is great bog balcony overlooking the station square. The style is modern and peaceful. The breakfast is sufficient, but not your overflowing greasy buffet. You can get your energy levels up, but have enough room in tummy for what ever you find in the city. One thing to keep in mind: the elevator works with 10c coins on weekends Have them in hand if you don't like stairs. This said, the elevator if free on weekends. The hosts are easy to communicate with and make you feel at home from the start!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Naples. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. The hotel was large and offered great value for money, which was a big plus. The proximity to the train station made it incredibly convenient for our travels around the city. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding care and service provided by Alfredo. He went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, making us feel truly valued and well taken care of. His dedication and attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort to our experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naples. With its cleanliness, size, value, and exceptional service from Alfredo, it's a top-notch choice for a memorable stay.

0/0 stars if I could & I love how my review was removed because it was the truth. There was a man outside screaming f Americans, down with america etc. a man in the hall way getting in our face begging for money another two individuals spit as us. It’s center location is in the ghetto we feared literally for our safety, the building looked like it was on fire at some recent point, The cleaning woman was extremely rude and didn’t change the sheets (we arrived early) so upon looking numerous colorful stains… even the cleaning woman said I don’t care about you people, I’m getting paid if you are here or not. We went to cancel our reservation - would not refund us and also took our review down.

My wife and I stayed here just 1 night as we were flying out the next morning from Naples. It was a really nice B&B with a terrace, super clean and comfortable. Since we had to leave early we did not try the breakfast. Alfredo was very good with communication and we were able to drop our bags off when we arrived. Close enough to do some sightseeing on foot and close to the train station. We were able to get the bus to the airport a short walk away. Based on our short stay, I would recommend this B&B. The rooms are up a few flights of stairs, but there is a lift. Make sure to have a 0.10 Euro coin in your pocket, that is all it takes. After 7PM no coin is needed and there are coins in the hotel to take for a return trip.

it's a great location. right by the metro. the room was very nice and good air condison. Very good crockery and the owner is very helpful. there is a great view from the terrace. it is also possible to buy soft drinks and other drinks at the hotel. the only thing that was a little negative was probably the limited selection of breakfast. would highly recommend this hotel

Nice small hotel right next to train station! Only thing to note is that the elevator requires 10 cent coin so bring that when you check in and then the hotel will give you coins after. Basic breakfast and coffee in the morning.

Very comfortable, very welcoming. Great location, excellent roof terrace to look down on the structured chaos that is Piazza Garibaldi!

Very convenient location about two blocks from the train station taxis won't take you because is $15 Euros just to drive around the piazza. The "hotel" is one floor of the building with five rooms. You can see the sign at the door. If you arrive before 8 a.m. you call from downstairs I believe #10. Breakfast was great; the only thing I disliked was that we asked the young man to call a taxi for us and he charged us from five Euros to call. If you walk back to the train station, there are plenty of taxis there.

Just checked out of here. Great location near to transport links and everything in this great city The staff are fantastic so glad I booked here. Rooms are huge with a lovely bathroom and great air con which is a lifesaver in such a hot city. Breakfast also very generous couldn't recommend anymore Forza Napoli!

We chose this location on a whim and are beyond happy we did! It's a cute little location not even ten minutes walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned Alfredo is a wonderful host and super helpful during your stay. Highly recommend, especially for couples.

I booked two nights at Five Rooms and unfortunately could not enter Italy from Turkey due to the staff at the airport rejecting the type of PCR test I've gotten (even though I was checked in and was issued a boarding ticket). Right away I tried messaging with the hotel owners about the possibility of changing/cancelling. They were really slow to respond even before this ordeal. I tried requesting a cancellation on booking.com but they didn't even respond to that request or the messages. I find the lack of communication very unprofessional for a hotel establishment and would not recommend this hotel to travellers.

We could not be more pleased with our hotel in Naples. The room was big, had an amazing very comfortable bed, great shower. Everything looked spotless, basically new and put together with great attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious and the host very kind and attentive. It was surprisingly cheap. Strongly recommend without reservations.

A hidden gem in the city!! Very clean and comfortable. Alfredo was nice and extremely helpful. We ended up eating at a restaurant he recommended to us 2 nights in a row - Da Donato. Also conveniently located to the train station.

What a nice, calm and friendly place in the middle of this chaotic city. Communication with the hotel upfront was very good. Upon arrival (we were early) our room wasn't ready yet but they got to it immediately. While we waited they served us coffee and home made pastries. Very helpful with tips of the city as well. The room was small but very nice and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also a delight with plenty of options besides the traditional sweet stuff you usually see in Italy. For us this was a welcome treat!

Very nice Hotel near the station! Rooms are very large and clean and its position is quite strategic. Personal is very kind and helpful. I found only a little bit weird that the elevator needs 10 cents to work :) I've never seen something like that!

👍 Good rooms but looks old. The hotel is in 6th floor and to operate the lift during Monday till Friday you need to put 5 cents inside a box in the lift. At reception they give you the coins if required but first time you need to have or to take the stairs to 6th floor. It is in a good location. Clo...
