I love my hair. I have a lot of it and it can be complicated to process, so choosing a new salon is hard for me but I also move a lot. I put a lot of research into finding the right place for me and Balato was it. From start to finish, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, even going as far as to use Google Translate to fill the language gaps. My hair took a LONG time (it usually does) but this time was even longer because I hadn’t gotten my hair done in six months, and I never once felt rushed or like a burden, i had a wonderful experience. They do have a few people who speak English, and I speak a little Italian, but they made me feel so at ease while navigating getting my hair done in a new country. I will definitely be going back, thank you Balato!!

Giuseppe Balato did my hair today, and the service provided by him and his colleagues was stupendous. To say that Giuseppe is a genius in regards to his craft is an understatement! He was able to do my hair to my specifications and surpassed all.of my expectations. Fabulous group of people who truly enjoy helping and making their customers feel at home.
