In the heart of the city vitality of Portici you suddenly find yourself in an environment that transmits tranquility and well-being, immediately dissolving all that chaos that you carry inside and outside of you. Through the precious teachings of master Antonio Genova I am understanding fundamental concepts of yogic and Ayurvedic culture which for us Westerners are very difficult to delve into without a valid guide alongside us. It is a center aimed at caring for each individual by making them undertake their, and exclusively their, path of yoga and Ayurveda with awareness and love. A precious place to cherish in our Neapolitan reality.
