I've been to this place and at first sight I really liked it. But in reality it's all appearances unfortunately. The management of the club is by an Indian (jud) who does not spend even half a euro on the maintenance of the club. The changing room is dirty and some lights are also broken so in one part of the changing room customers shower in the dark. Then I paid the annual fee which should include the use of the gym, the gym has a broken air conditioner and broken speakers. Since I signed up at the beginning of the summer period it was very hot and so I went to the manager to kindly ask him to repair the air conditioner but he replied that he would do everything possible to repair it and that the technician would come the following week. A month passes and the air conditioner was still broken so I go to the manager i.e. Jud and ask him why in all this time, i.e. 4 weeks, the air conditioner had not yet been repaired. He reluctantly replies that it wasn't his priority and that I would have to pay for it if I was interested. After this episode I was left speechless. One day my personal trainer enters the club as usual waiting for me to start training but the secretary, a certain SARA. he signals to him that he cannot enter. He, shocked, asks her why and she replies that it wasn't possible that day without, among other things, giving any notice. He calls me and explains what happened to me, very resentful, I desperately decide to write this review. It is unacceptable for a private club to treat its customers in this way. It's a shame: Zero attention to the customer, zero professionalism, and many promises never kept. Unfortunately it is a sad thing because it is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery with a swimming pool (which for a period was also sealed and therefore we were not able to use it), which is not always available to members. It's really a shame . The serious thing is that these structures are entrusted to incompetent people. CHANGE THE MANAGER!!!!
