Just shopped there today. Our sales person Mika was so disappointing, and ruined the experience. We asked for champagne/prosecco as we always do when we shop at Gucci. Me and my hubby usually go for lunch with wine and go to Gucci for extra drinks and shopping. We asked for drinks and she was like " I can get you water" I asked for champagne and she was like ok.... but the amount she poured in our glasses was just embarrassing, like literally one sip. We tried on shoes and she didn't even bother to refill, we had to "beg" for refill (refill of a sip and when my husband asked her to fill better she added one sip to his glass not mine). Yes we were very dressed down due to the fact we were going into a city known for pickpocketing we left values like jewlery on the ship, but still since I didn't knew my shoe size she looked my account up and was fully aware we are loyal customers. If Mika had just been nice filled our glasses and smiled a little I would have spent way more, my hubby wanted fanny bag we found one but I pretended not to like it just due to the fact I didn't want to spend money with Mica (mika ?)when we get off the ship in Barcelona we will buy the extra items we wanted today. She had a 1750EUR sale instead of 5000. Never ever (loyal customer since 2006) have I felt so poorly treated at Gucci store. If you are selling avarage quality items at luxury price (which Gucci is, but still love it) at least give your customers luxury experience. Never going back there, if you go anyway stay away from MIKA horrible sales person, could have sold us way more and make our experience way better. I almost wanted to skip buying those 2 pairs of shoes for 1750EUR just so she wouldn't get commision but since they had my size I looked the other way and decided to shop the rest in anther store.

I didn’t feel that we got the same level of service that we usually get when visiting the Gucci store. People working there seemed cold and distant. Maybe it’s because of COVID but I’m really not sure.

Similar to other revirews, the service is sketchy. I visited with my wife and had, what I would say was the manager, shadow us about the store pretending to be on his phone. We eventually asked him for assistance, and he served us, but you could tell he wanted to be elsewhere. Once we selected a bag to buy, he passed us off to another salesperson and darted over to some elderly customers that he seemed to know for a chat. If you are buying as a tourist, beware the local bag snatchers, best to put your purchase in another bag.

My parents and I are from Taiwan and we went to Napoli for a short trip. We decided to stop by this Gucci store. The female attendant was not at all nice and spoke very bluntly to us. We asked her for help regarding a pair of sunglasses, and she spoke rudely and behaved patronisingly towards us. My parents and I were quite upset at this interaction and decided to leave the shop. As we were leaving, we turned around and saw the female attendant and the security guard mocking and mimicking us in a very rude manner. One of the male attendants was friendly enough, however the other two employees (female attendant and security guard) left us with an unpleasant experience at this store.

Absolutely terrible customers service! The worst I've ever experienced. I wanted to treat myself and buy a new wallet (450 euros!!). So I came to the store, and...i was not let inside the store. Two more girls before me were also told that the store in too crowded and they had do wait outside. When I tried to enter the store, the person who opens the door told me to wait outside because there were too many people inside the store. The group of 6 peole who came after me was told the same. There were 5 people inside the store!!! FIVE!!! I've shoped in Milan, Rome and I live in New York where TOO MANY people inside of the store all the time, and I never expericed this kind of treatment - to wait outside. I guess I will take my money elsewhere, where I don't have to wait to be let in. I find it unacceptable to treat customers like this.

Wanted to get a pair of loafers last week from this store but encountered an unprofessional and racist female SA. She brushed of my question for the loafers with green & red web and said its discontinued. She was preoccupied with her phone with an unbothered look through the whole time. Therefore, I decided to leave without getting anything although a pair of mules did catch my eye and its much cheaper compared to what it is in UK. But with such an experience, I would rather pay a few pounds more than let her get the commission.

Terrible customer service. I was in Naples for a few hours and popped in to buy a belt before heading to Amalfi. Walked into the store and asked where the belts were. Was basically ignored and turned away. Found them myself, but looked over, and the gentleman who I asked brought a couple over to the belt section who came in to the store after me. Don’t shop here unless you absolutely must.

Wonderful brand and nice shop. The shop assistants are kind and helpful.

Very positive experience. Didn't find the right size bracelet but multiple staff members assisted trying to accommodate. Friendly and professional service.

The staff at this shop need to smile and go to a customer service course or go to LV or prada to learn how to treat clients OH well no commission for you

I bought a pair of sunglasses there. There were two client advisors. One seemed to be honest, but the other one was pushy. I literally asked, I wanted only the “MADE IN ITALY” product, and the second lady said, “Yes.” I didn’t open the pack and check because I trusted the client advisor. Also, I would claim tax-free, so I didn't want to open it before I left Italy. Now, I am in the US and found it was made in Japan; she lied to me. I gave two stars because one of them seemed to be honest, but she was not the one who processed the sale.

This is rate 0 star from me, the staff attitude is disgusting.they need to pop in to next door Prada and LV to learn how to give 5 star customer service! In LV they're brilliant very helpful, in Prada couldn't be better they serve me bottle of champagne before i design to bought the bag. I won't spend any penny in Gucci Naple

American buyers beware, I’ve been to several Gucci stores in Italy, you can bypass this one. Stock is limited and customer service is subpar. However, I will say something nice about the SA Ms. Valeria, she took over for my initial sales assoc. and I wish she was available, when i arrived at the door. She speaks spanish & english (+plus for me) shows you the merchandise & also gives you ideas on how to wear the items, for the ladies who enjoy collecting purses* I go to this store bc of its proximity to where I work. if I could I would shop in the Milan shops, they are all amazing. This store is hit or miss, I will only deal with Ms Valeria moving fwd. I hope this helps.

Great items of course but the shopping experience is very bad. In fact better in Aldi if you needed a pair of wellies! Had to wait outside and be invited in. When inside no customer assistance and rude customers. ( probably because they had to wait outside for 30 mins too!) Given the brand you really do expect more. Come on Gucci. I guess they live in fear of too many in-store and items being stolen. Ended up making our purchase in Capri..... wonderful service. We were listened to and given some great help. Left feeling valued and our purchase appreciated.

Today I paid a visit to Gucci de Napoli and made a purchase of a purse and a belt by the salesman named Emanuele, a very kind boy treated me very well, he was very polite and patient. Note 10 for the attendance of Emanuele.

Faultless customer service. Great Italian hospitality!
